It is important to determine together with the patient the desired effect. I perform all nose surgeries with a closed technique. This is why the patient does not have a incision mark in the area below the nose. Through this approach, I correct the projection of the tip, the dorsum and the nasal base. I always work with an otolaryngologist who is in charge of the functional component and manages the septum and turbinates. The aesthetic part is done by me.

She had deviation, hump and breathing problems as well. We got with rhinoplasty natural and fantastic result and fixed the airway. Buccal fat removal address the medial cheek fullness, via intraoral approach. Careful excision should be performed. Over excision may cause hollowing appearence.
