Fat grafting to treat facial asymmetry. His left face was had soft tissue loss due to a rare condition called Perry Romberg Syndrome. He was treated by harvesting 50cc of fat from his abdomen and flanks and transferred to his left face, jaw line, chin, and cheek area.

Another beautiful example of my Define lift. You can see the natural elevation of her brows giving her some upper eyelid show without needing a blepharoplasty. Her jawline and her cheeks are elevated due to my extended deep facelift, as well as judicious fat grafting to the midface. Her neck is clean and crisp. This is due to my deep neck lift which I adjusted the glands to tighten the muscles of the platysma, she is in her late 40s or early 50s and this is the perfect time for an intervention because her collagen and elastin are still good. She still looks amazing and the lift will be durable and last for several years. This is the defined lift difference subtle but substantial.

This wonderful patient presented to our Center with the complaints of not looking lively and healthy.  After a through evaluation, we mutually decided to perform a lower facelift/necklift with a chin augmentation and fat transfer to her cheeks and midface.  All three procedures were safely performed on the same day in our Center under local anesthesia and oral sedation.  The patient tolerated the procedure quite well and was without any significant swelling or bruising after just one week.  Her results are quite significant in that her midface is much more full and balanced from the fat transfer, and her lower face is more defined due to the chin augmentation and tightening of the facial muscles and skin.

My beautiful, beautiful patient. She was gorgeous before and all we did was my DEFINE LIFT. A Deeplane Extended Facelift Including Necklift, the Elevation of the brows, and a touch of fat transfer. You can see she looks like herself just rejuvenated. My goal with facelift rejuvenation is always to try to make the patient a little more prettier or handsome. This 69 year old patient was treated with Autologous Fat Transfer to her face.

This patient requested full facial rejuvenation while wanting to maintain a natural appearance. We performed a lower facelift/necklift along with fat grafting to the midface and a lateral brow lift. Her procedures have produced a truly natural overall result with significant improvement in the contour of her midface. Fat grafting to the cheeks has restored this patient's volume that she had lost over the years which lead to a thin, hollow, unhealthy midface prior to procedure. Her face is now much more balanced, with her eyes and her lower face being more complimentary to her cheeks.
