This patient fell from an elevated structure at a music festival and fractured his front four teeth. He also sustained a broken neck and multiple injuries. After being cleared by medical, the patient came to be treated by Dr. Alvarez. In one day, four root canals, four posts, and four same day Cerec all ceramic crowns were placed.
