This young lady had undergone breast augmentation and a tummy tuck with another surgeon several years prior. Unfortunately, she had a tuberous (constricted) breast anatomy which the surgeon did not recognize. This can be seen from the large areola and the protruding nipple areola complex. In addition, her incision was position far too high on the abdomen, and left her feeling very insecure and uncomfortable with the outcome of her surgery. Finally, she developed keloid scars. She presented to me for a revision of her procedures. I revised her breast to lower the implant position, reduce the areola, and reduce the herniation of the nipple areola complex. The Tummy Tuck was converted to an Abdominoplasty, which lowered the incision to her groin and recreated a more attractive belly button for her.
