This treatment is ideal for patients of ethnic skin type, as the target is melanin. I had 2 treatments spaced 2 weeks apart. The results are subtle, but note the marked decrease in fine lines and wrinkles, as well as pigmentation. As of late 2015, this is my laser of choice for laser rejuvenation in ethnic skin types. Picosure Focus, performed outside the guideline recommendations is a remarkable laser- the science behind this laser is still a mystery, but it works.
