45-54 year old woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

This patient had a rhinoplasty elsewhere, the surgeon took down her hump but did not do osteotomies (he did not "break the nose.") Because of that she had a very wide nose, and she had what is called an "open roof" deformity in the upper part of her nose. This straightforward revision rhinoplasty resulted in a very nice improvement.
