40+ year old woman treated with Facelift and Chin Augmentation - This young and active woman presented with the concern of sagging skin and fat under her chin, along with loss of definition of her jawline. She also did not prefer the strength of her nose in relation to her chin size. We decided together to perform a lower facelift and necklift, along with placing an Implantech extended anatomic silicone implant. She was given xanax before her procedure to relieve anxiety, and her procedure was completely performed under local anesthesia (with lidocaine) in our office. Procedure time was under 2 1/2 hours.She was able to return to the gym 10 days after her procedure after all sutures were removed.Her results demonstrate a well defined jawline with elimination of the sagging tissue previously under her chin. Her nose and chin are in better balance maintaining a natural appearance.
