This patient presented with complaints of facial aging. Her primary concerns were sagging cheeks, significant jowls, and neck skin laxity. She also felt that her eyes appear tired. Face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty was performed. Significant facial rejuvenation was achieved with removal of sagging neck skin, restoring smooth jawline and elevating midface. The eyes appear larger and youthful with removal of excess eyelid skin.

This 50 year old woman presented requesting facial rejuvenation. She had a brow lift, upper eyelid lift, and lower face and neck lift. She is 5'5 tall and weighs 125 lbs. her results are shown a 6 months after the procedure.

This patient came to see me looking for a fresh start. He is a single father, who raised his beautiful children on his own. Now that they are older, he wanted to focus on himself and recapture a refreshed, youthful, healthy, and vibrant look to match how he felt on the inside. He did not want to undergo general anesthesia. After spending time to understand his goals, his story, and his aging pattern, I created a treatment plan which centered around a facelift and neck lift (platysmaplasty) to help restore a smoother, contoured jawline and neckline.
