My patient - pictured here - is a perfect example of the subtle results of the impactful transformation a brow lift paired with eyelid surgery can make in reducing the signs of aging. Unfortunately, as we all rely so much on our eyes and eyebrows to express emotions, the delicate skin in these areas can begin to wrinkle and sag sooner than your other facial features, which is what this patient had concerns about. This woman had transconjunctival eye bag removal followed by fat grafting to the under eyes/cheeks and chemical skin peel to the lower eyelid skin

This woman in her mid-forties came to discuss her options for facial rejuvenation with Dr. Tucker. Her concerns centered around droopy upper eyelids and undereye bags. She had excess lid skin with minimal fat making her a good candidate for an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair.
