The patient underwent a high lateral SMAS face and necklift. The SMAS elevation supports the facelift so that their is minimal tension on the skin and enhance the possible longevity of the face and necklift. Along with the face and necklift she also had fat transfer to the face. Fat was transferred tough out the face and temples to restore the volume she has lost over time as we age.
