    Interesting timetable for this peri-menopausal woman "rejuvenating" herself at midlife. Labia were fine, but look of "open" vagina and sensation of wideness + less friction impacted her lifestyle. Perineoplasty and vaginoplasty done; lips were fine. Lips untouched-- just curved inwards on first photo, and outward on the (overexposed) post-op photo.
