Beyond happy with the results, dr.Jason is very talented and the staff made me feel so comftorable, they were very attentive with every question i had before and during the recovery process. I highly recommend dr.Jason for any procedures
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jason since 2015. I admit, I’m selfish… I wanted to keep him and his wonderful staff all to myself. But facts and results do not lie and honestly I feel too amazing since I’ve been under Dr. Jason’s care to keep it to myself! Dr. Jason has my complete trust and confidence as a doctor, and as a person. He makes it so incredibly easy to have some not so easy conversations. He is thorough, intelligent, professional and caring. Try finding all that in one doctor these days. Since being under his care, Dr. J has given me my youth and vitality back! I feel and look better now in my late 50’s than I did in my 40’s.I have strength in my body, thoughts, and libido. I mean, who can argue with those results? But most importantly, my overall health is in fantastic shape and for that I am most grateful to Dr. J and his amazing team for taking such great care of me! If you’ve read this far, what are you waiting for? Stop and make an appointment with him asap!
I have been a patient of doctor Jason's for many years. He is always been very caring and thorough. His office and staff are comfortable and efficient. Doctor Jason is knowledgeable of the latest treatments, I would highly recommend him to anyone!
This is a very personal review but it meant so much to me to write it. Dr. Jason is a very professional, kind and brilliant physician who stays on the cutting edge of research in sexual health. He thoroughly explained ThermiVa in a way that I would undoubtedly understand and answered all my questions thoroughly. He’s very patient and extremely dedicated to his work. I’m. 52 year old woman, never had vaginal delivery but wanted to enhance my sexual experience. The ThermiVa has enhanced me in ways that I never thought were possible. I was never able to climax vaginally and after this I was. It’s incredible! The procedure is pain-free, there is no downtime, I was able to have intercourse that same night, and has made such a difference, even after the first visit. My husband also feels the difference too and gets more excited just thinking about making love. I’m tighter, lubrication and sensitivity have increased significantly. This is a very personal and intimate procedure that I would recommend to any woman who wants to enhance her sex life and have her partner reap the benefits of it as well. It’s a win win and really won’t hurt to try ;)
Like most people I had to save to get this surgery - and in hindsight would have paid double. It literally changed my life. I wanted this surgery because my labia suddenly grew. Not after childbirth but 10 years later - and I found myself peeing sideways. Dr Jason and his team (Vered is an angel - Dr Jason is exceptional) made this a wonderful experience overall and of course, anyone considering labiaplasty is going to feel anxious. From my very first appointment - Dr J spent so, so much time with me, reviewing my medical history and also going over treatment options. I decided to do the procedure under local. The day of the surgery there was a huge snowstorm, but the team moved heaven and earth for me to come into the office and move forward with the surgery because I was so distraught about potentially losing the date. Aside from a tiny pinch from the numbing injection - the procedure itself was totally painless and took just about an hour. Recovery isn't a load of fun - but that has nothing to do with the surgeon. It's just a delicate zone. It was both easier and harder than I expected and here's how: Easier: 1) There was virtually no pain at any given point. I never took pain meds. I was afraid of getting backed up from them (given the area - not ideal!) but just didn't need them. I took Tylenol once, and took Xanax 4 nights in a row to sleep. 2) I didn't swell - AT ALL. This might be unusual, and maybe I was lucky but as you can see in photos - virtually no swelling 3) I saw what my after would look like pretty quickly - and was SO HAPPY! Harder: 1) if you're an active gal (and I am!) NOT moving for 4-6 weeks is HARD. Dr J (like all doctors) insists that one keeps walking to a MINIMUM for 6 weeks. (I'm so sorry Dr J cover your "ears" for the next sentence LOL -- I actually broke the rules and started walking at about 3 weeks. BUT my results are perfect!!! Anyone reading this - I strongly advise to follow your doctors rules - this was irresponsible of me and I was prepared to accept consequences. I have a very very hard time staying still. 2) I did get the dreaded yeast infection - the first one I've ever had - thanks to the antibiotics. I would rate the yeast infection a 10/10 for pain/disgusting/annoying. The surgery was a relative 1/10 for pain - if that helps put it in perspective for those who (so sorry) know what a YI feels like. I would get this surgery without anesthesia vs EVER having one of those again. ugh!! 3) The sound of the scissors crunching through my labia. I couldn't feel it at all but I could HEAR it. The horror!! Wear headphones! Otherwise - Dr J called me EVERY day to check in (unbelievable!!) and Vered was always available if I had questions or just wanted to enthusiastically share progressions pics (poor Vered). Dr Jason is a MAGICIAN, and a true artist - not to mention soooo kind, responsive and brilliant. I feel so lucky I found him - I just wish he operated on other parts of the body too :) - I'm almost sorry I have only one set of labia LOL
Why did I elect to for a P-Shot treatment? I was sick of the ED pills, sick of the having to take one either on an empty stomach or 2 hours before/after eating in order to work, sick of $75 Co-Pay for 8 pills, more sick of $25 per pill when I ran out, and most sick of not being able to perform when I wanted to and how I used to. That was then, but that's not now The Procedure Yes, needles will be used to inject your own Platelet Rich Plasma into your penis. Relax, you won't feel anything. Dr Jason uses a special numbing cream he had made for use on his patients, and it is applied liberally to the injection site. It's twice as strong as anything else out there currently being used by other Doctors. You will be numb and I mean it! While waiting for the cream to take effect, a few vials of your blood are drawn and placed in a centrifuge to spin and separate out your own PRP. Before he extracts the separated PRP from the vial, Dr Jason uses a special technique to ensure all of your collected PRP is extracted without any left behind, hence, you are receiving as much of your collected PRP, as possible. The PRP is then drawn into a couple syringes, to administer. Once the business end of the syringe came out, I can say with honesty I never felt a single needle stick. Not One!.. and there are several. The most I felt was a little discomfort from the pressure of the injection itself, which was over as fast as I sensed it. The the prep takes longer than the actual procedure. The Results It took me a little longer than some to see the desired effects, around 12 weeks, but the effects are REAL in every way. I'm a like a College kid again, but in my late 40's. Yes, it took a few months to really be convinced that what was going on in my pants was not a one time thing. What barometer did I use to gauge the effectiveness? I used reality. It's more sensitive, (plus girthier, longer... an added benefit that is a pleasant side effect) and my erections stay with me (and her) until we're done. No Pills, just spontaneous sex, no problem. The Staff They are professional, polite, and help deliver an excellent experience through excellent communication. They also make easy and relaxed, what could have been an embarrassing interaction. After the Procedure After the in office procedure, you have some at home self-rehab you need to do. With the cost of the shots, Dr Jason includes a Penis Pump that you will use for two (2)- 10 min sessions, every other day. It causes the veins that carry the blood to expand for increased blood flow, which is where the size increase comes from. It also assists in the expansion of the newly developing veins that will aid in harder, longer sustained erections. Make sure you use this device as he prescribes, or you are not going to experience peak results, and you will not be experiencing the full potential that you went to Dr Jason for in the first place. Hope this finds you well
In the brief time I have been seeing Dr. Robert A. Jason my life has changed 100%. I originally went to see him for the challenges of menopause, specifically hot flashes. It was overwhelming. However, I did not realize that vast changes that my body was experiencing that was directly related to menopause. Dr. Jason took time to learn about my symptoms and thoroughly educated me regarding Bioidentical Hormones. After lab testing and the Dr. Jason’s proper assessment based on my personal needs I NOW HAVE A NEW LIFE. Thank you Dr. Jason for making me a new woman.
I went to Dr. Robert Jason after almost a year of researching OB-GYN's I kept going back to his page and finally I called to make an appointment. From the time I walked into his office if felt so comfortable. He has a wonderful welcoming staff. Dr. Jason is so patient and understanding, taking time to listen to you. He is very attentive & knowledgeable. With his kind and friendly demeanor, he ensure you fully understand all procedures. After discussing my concern he gave me some options and I decided to go with ThermiVa treatment. I had 3 treatments TherimVa over the course of 3 months. Best choice ever. After the first treatment I felt a big difference. Since the completion of my treatment, I have seen tremendous improvement. I feel a lot more sensation, much more moisture than I've had since having and surviving breast cancer. I am back to normal. Thank you Dr. Jason and staff. I am happy with the results after my ThermiVa treatments. I am thinking about highlighting my treatment with the O-Shot.
43 yr old 2 kids. I tolerate pain pretty well. I had a Tummy tuck. 2 breast augmentations a Brazilian butt lift and lipo. I never took any pain killers after those procedures. Is vaginoplasty worse pain than all of that? I can't imagine what it may feel like. I'm really nervous and if anyone has had any of these procedures and compare the pain I would really appreciate it Updated on 24 Jun 2017: I DID IT!!! I'm just hours post op and thrilled the surgery is behind me. Although I can't see the results I know I chose the best surgeon DR. Jason. He left no stone unturned in my pre op care and called when I was napping when I got home to check on me. I was horrified to do this but this morning I was much calmer than I thought walking into the OR. With just normal jitters and I suffer from panic attacks. I did not have one. Dr Jason's wife Lauren who adore gave me a good pep talk a couple days ago and alleviated my fears so much! I'm already feeling some pressure and I'm managing them with my prescription pain meds will try to post every day if I'm up to it. I don't have after pics but my befores I do Updated on 24 Jun 2017: Post op day 1 lots of pressure but tolerable with meds just taking time to relax. I have a nurse keeping me company and putting stuff on my wounds pain level 5 out of 10 Updated on 29 Jun 2017: Pain was not nearly as bad as I anticipated. I'm not going to say smooth sailing but I followed doctors orders to rest and take pain meds for the first 3 days and I was never in unbearable pain. Today I'm just on Advil and while I feel best lying down I went out last night to dinner and I'm out running errands today with minimal pain more like discomfort. I'm the type that the more I focus on it, it hurts and the more I'm occupied it doesn't bother me as much. Updated on 2 Jul 2017: Getting better everyday. I've still been taking it easy, went to the market but had my son carry all the bags. I feel best when lying down and do so as much as I can. I have moments where the pain is worse then others and I find that readjustment of my position really helps. The pressure from the tightening is now a pain level of 2 while the labiaplasty can still be a 4-5 sometimes until I find a comfy position tonsil or lay down Updated on 14 Oct 2017: Couldn't be happier
From the time I was 12 or 13 I was so insecure about how I looked down there. At one point I even told my mom that I was turning into a boy because I thought I was growing testicles (poor kid). I showed my mom pictures similar to what I looked like and she told me that's normal for people to look like that and that I wasn't a boy lol. So as I got older kids were becoming more sexually active and I was petrified of anyone ever seeing me. Whether it was a girl in a locker room or a boy I was so so so scared of anyone ever seeing me. Also to add in that there were social media posts relating girls labia to chewed up gum or roast beef and there would be captions saying "when you find out a girl looks like this" and there were all these negative comments about how guys don't want someone who looks like that and how large labia are disgusting and for years this all played into my insecurities. Just before my 19th birthday I had been dating an amazing boy for only a month but I decided I wanted to have sex for the first time. I was scared out of my mind but when he saw how I looked he didn't question or comment until afterwards. He didn't believe I was a virgin because it's something in the social media that's thought to happen to girls who have a lot of sex (as ridiculous as it sounds) and I told him how utterly embarrassed and difficult it was for me to do that but he told me that it didn't change his outlook towards me at all and that it didn't matter. For months after I still wouldn't do certain positions because of my insecurities. Around January I made the date for April 21st to be the day finally after several years id have the surgery:). In no way did my boyfriend ever try persuading me in one way or another he was extremely supportive through everything but anyways. I was under local anesthetic and didn't feel a thing other than a few tugs or pinches here and there. Updated on 28 Apr 2016: Swelling isn't too bad neither is the pain I was on heavy pain meds thankfully that pretty much put me to sleep. Drinking at least 2 quarts of water a day taking antibiotics and using bacitracin where the stitches were so the skin wouldn't break Updated on 28 Apr 2016: Swelling has definitely gone up. I had a dinner that I was forced to go to that day so I pretty much took as many pain meds as possible and hoped for the best.. Everything was pretty much fine until around the 3rd hour of sitting and I felt like I needed to go home Updated on 28 Apr 2016: Updated on 28 Apr 2016: I knew something was wrong.. Turns out it was the early signs of a yeast infection Updated on 28 Apr 2016: The yeast infection caused more pain than anything involved with the surgery. The itchiness was going to drive me insane I felt like I was losing my mind. This was by far the worst so far Updated on 28 Apr 2016: Taking meds for the yeast infection hopefully it goes away within the next 2 or 3 days Updated on 29 Apr 2016: The yeast infection symptoms are slowing up thank god.. I can practically walk normal and sit up comfortably now. Updated on 29 Apr 2016: Still having trouble walking normal so my dads been getting a bit suspicious (still haven't told him about anything). Sitting and laying down is fairly comfortable I heard by 1 month I'll be back to normal so I'm just praying for the next 3 weeks to be quick. Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Updated on 30 Apr 2016: Updated on 1 May 2016: walking is finally normal even though it's at the speed of a snail but I'll take that any day over walking like a cowboy. I've been having itchiness and I've heard that's because of the stitches Updated on 6 May 2016: Updated on 9 May 2016: Updated on 12 May 2016: Updated on 19 May 2016: Updated on 10 Jun 2016: Updated on 10 Jun 2016: I've resumed all previous activities and soooooo happy with my results Updated on 10 Jun 2016:
Hello Angelkates, As Dr. Pelosi stated, you probably only have a surgical option. All the non-invasive options for Vaginal Rejuvenation - Radiofrequency or Laser work very well in the correct candidate for both vaginal tightening and urinary incontinence. However, because you have had 5 children - presumably vaginally - your vagina is probably "too wide" now for the non-invasive therapies to help the vaginal tightening very much. The non-invasive equipment might be helpful, including the O-Shot and the Emsella unit for your incontinence, but probably not enough for improved tightening for sexual gratification. Make sure you are examined by an experienced Cosmetic Gynecologist to help you determine what is best for you. Robert A. Jason, MD FACOG AACS ISCG
Hello Varsatile7271,Both ThermiVa (radiofrequency energy) and Femilift (laser energy) help tighten the vagina. They are successful in 90% of women. The advantage of the ThermiVa is that there is no downtime, and no discharge and it improves the aesthetics of the external vagina (Vulva) by tightening it and improves the sensitivity of the Clitoris and G-spot. They both improve Urinary Stress Incontinence while tightening the vaginal cavity. I would recommend going to one facility and following their protocol. Doing both procedures should be warranted.
Hi MissyMe2. This surgery did not necessarily fail. Did you and your surgeon discuss how much labia to remove? Did he draw a picture on your own pre-op pictures to review what he recommends to remove? Did you discuss excising the sub-frenulum folds? - The folds directly under the clitoral hood that merge with your labia? The good thing about this operative result is that you have labial tissue remaining that can be reshaped and sculpted to what you might be happier with. Many patients that have botched labiaplasties do not have enough tissue remaining to revise the surgery. The risk of the surgery should be no different than the original risk assuming you don't have any new medical issues or problems.
Emsella in your case, after 3 deliveries, might be a great non-invasive option. There are multiple other options in 2023, both surgical and non-invasive that might be more appropriate for you. I would seek out an expert in Gynecology or Cosmetic Gynecology who offers Emsella and other services. The list is not included here of all the options, but you should educate yourself - to give yourself a balanced review and decide what treatment or combination of treatments is best for you. If Emsella is good for you, you can wear sweats or yoga pants, no metal on your body - rings, earrings, studs etc. You cannot use your phone during the 28-minute treatment, so bring a good book, magazine or prepare to watch TV. Our protocol, after more experience than almost anybody performing this and other procedures for Urinary Incontinence, for both Men and Women currently recommends the procedure 2 times per week for 3 weeks (6 treatments) and then 1 time per month for Maintenance. Lots of good health to you! Robert A. Jason, MD FACOG, AACMA, ISCG
Hello Puparella, I'm very sorry to hear about your cancer(s?). As a Cosmetic Gyn, who keeps up to date on my original specialty of Ob/Gyn, the most important questions are when did you have the cancer(s)? Did you have surgery, chemotherapy, etc.? Are you a cure? If your Gyn Oncologist says you can have cosmetic surgery, you certainly can have CoolSculpting. Best of health to you and I think it is wonderful how you are trying to move forward with your life.
