55year old lady with flat buttocks saddle bags and lax thighs

55 year old lady presented following a lower body lift with supposed auto augmentation of the buttocks and spiral thigh lift done elsewhere. Her major concerns were the laxity of the upper thighs and saddle bag formation. I performed an extended spiral thigh lift with auto augmentation of the buttocks and hips as well as liposuction of the flanks, back and saddle bag areas with fat injections to the lower buttock areas.
