    This is a 53 year old woman who complained of lower facial wrinkling and lax neck skin. She underwent a mini facelift. Afterwards, her jawline and neck are more defined and she has less skin laxity and wrinkling in her lower face. Post-operative pictures are from 4 months after surgery.
