Poorly done "Mini-tummy tuck"

This patient's OB-gyn tried to do her a favor by removing a little extra skin at the time of her C-section. This is never a good idea because it can deform the abdomen and belly button and does not correct abdominal muscle separation (diastasis). Converting her to a standard tummy tuck corrected these issues.
