Patient had a saline breast augmentation with Dr. Schaffer about 10 years ago.  Saline implants were placed under the muscle filled to 360 cc's using a small incision in the armpit.  The patient has decided she does not want to have the implants anymore due to neck and back pain accompanied with a few health issues.  Dr. Schaffer removed the implants easily through the same incision in the armpit from her original surgery.  She is very happy with her results !

Patient had a deflation of her left breast implant and a capsular contracture of her right breast implant. She changed her implants from saline to Sientra silicone 280cc high profile implants. The silicone implants with removal of her capsular contracture give her a much more natural feel and appearance.

This patient is a 41-year-old female who had previously undergone breast augmentation by another surgeon. There were saline implants in the subglandular plane. She has very unnatural appearance with severe drooping. During surgery I performed bilateral complete capsulectomies with implant shell removal, inverted T-scar mastopexies, power-assisted liposuction of lateral chest, flanks and medial thighs, and fat grafting to breasts bilaterally. A total of 220 cc of fat was injected into the medial and upper pole of each breast.  The patient recovered quickly and was extremely happy with her perkier, more natural, implant-free breasts.
