Breast implant removal and fat grafting

    This a patient post breast augmentation with saline implants above the muscle. Patient was not happy because or rippling and shape. I deflated the saline implants and after 2 weeks implants were removed and fat injection performed. Final pictures show 9 months post one session of fat grafting
