This 27 year old female underwent a breast implant revision

This 27 year old female desired to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had had breast augmentation using saline implants under the muscle by another plastic surgeon several years ago. The patient has a very active lifestyle and she wanted to eliminate the breast implant movement that is seen with implants being under the muscle. After discussing her options, the patient and Dr. Repta decided to proceed with implant revision by placing shaped (gummy bear) implants on top of the muscle.
