Breast Implant Removal

The young woman felt that her implants were too large for her body and creating a malposition of her breasts. She elected to undergo implant removal with breast lift. She is shown 2 months post-op and is elated with her new body.

Patient had a deflation of her left breast implant and a capsular contracture of her right breast implant. She changed her implants from saline to Sientra silicone 280cc high profile implants. Our patient is 46 year old woman who is 6 months out from Bilateral Breast Implant Removal (Explant) with Total Capsulectomy and Re-do of her Vertical Pattern -Lollipop- Breast Lift.
