58 Y.O Woman, Full Abdominoplasty with Flank Liposuction.

    This is a 58-year-old woman who came in interested in an abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. She did have a previous Pfannenstiel incision. She did not have significant stria of the abdomen. She underwent full abdominoplasty combined with flank liposuction. At the time of surgery, she had 3 liters aspirated from the flank area. Her abdominal specimen weighed 725 g.
