Breast Reconstruction

51 year old female who had bilateral elective mastectomies due to family history and increased risk of breast cancer. I consulted with her in my Scottsdale office and we decided that she was a good candidate for an immediate breast reconstruction using silicone implants and biologic dermis. She has Mentor high profile smooth round memory gel silicone implants. The volume on the left is 500cc’s, and the volume on the right is 550cc’s. She is seen here one year after her mastectomy procedure with good symmetry.
