When a nose has strong forward projection, and a hump, and it's also strong at the top of the bridge, in front of the eyes, it's important to reduce the strength of the nose at the top, where it starts in front of the eyes and just below the eyebrows. Otherwise, after surgery it may look like the profile line just slides from the forehead onto the nose, like on a Roman statue. I also elevated the tip of her nose, to allow it to look shorter.
