I had 9 moles removed exactly one month ago by incision. The scars looked great at first, small, thin- straight lines and very smooth/flat. About a week ago they stsrted to raise and get tender, now they are round, raised and red. I called the surgeon and the office told me it was too soon to inject them and to just wait and see?? To me I would think getting them early would be better? I'm upset that I swapped moles for these large red-raised scars... the one below is on my chest.
I would like to have a mole looked at that is located on my scalp and seems to be of concern. I have a history of dysplastic nevi (2) and my sister has had melanoma. I just had a breast augmentation 1 month ago. I am wondering if a biopsy or full excision of the mole , even though on my scalp, could lead to possible infection of the implants so soon after. ?? I am also wanting to get Botox and filler soon. How long do I have to wait for that?
