Microneedling + Stretch Marks Q&A

I got stretch marks from having a baby last year. They werent bad, but I went to a professional for microneedling to see if it would make them go away. My third and so far last treatment was in November of 2018, its now March 2019 and Im still red in the areas she did. I developed a rash in the areas she did about 2 weeks after the second treating. The rash itself went away but I was left with redness. The redness isnt as bad but its still there. Why? What can I do? Permanent!?

What procedure would produce long lasting results for making old white stretch marks less noticeable on darker skin? Would the results last without annual maintenance treatments?

I have some stretch marks on my sides that I want to get treated but with so much information I'm not sure what specific laser and/or microneedling treatments I should do. I have a medium /olive skin tone .

I know a tummy tuck to remove the offending damaged fat underneath would be ideal i cant afford it so how effective is prp with micro needling or are certain lasers best for this ? would vi peels help staggered in between because of the retionic acid ?
