The lumps have been here unchanging for nearly a week. Im pale Caucasian age 40. The procedure was done by a very experienced and well-regarded facial plastic surgeon. Lumps are painless and not acne.I followed aftercare advice perfectly and was told all was well at me last check at three weeks. I cant find anything online about this being a side effect or a type of scarring?! I followed aftercare advice perfectly and was told all was well at me last check at three weeks.
It is about 3 weeks since I had laser for wrinkles under my eyes. I have darkening under the eyes which wasn't there before and it's not getting any lighter. Is this permanent? Seeing my doctor soon, but kind of freaking out. I have to wear makeup all the time now to cover up the dark. The skin almost look like it has been bruised, but it's not getting any better.
3 weeks ago I had Erbium laser resurfacing on the cheeks. The doctor didnt say to use any vaseline, they were only changing my dressing at the hospital the first days without even cleaning the dead skin on it and since day 5 Im putting hydrocolloid dressing and epitheliale a.h. Cream from a-derma on. My face is healing very slow, could it be infected or contact dermatitis? Its not painful or itchy but it feels very dry and tight. Could PRP help at this point?
Hello, 3 weeks ago i did fully ablative laser resurfacing only in the area that is marked on photo( jawline) because only there i have a scar. Now i can see the difference between lasered and non lasered skin. My specialist tell me it will blend on it s own in several months. But i am thinking could it be permanent? What can be done in future to blend the demarcation line? Thanks
I ve been using tri-luma and kojic for 3 weeks on a dark spot, itsvery clear now, but I get the halo effect, its the second time this happens, before Id been using it every day, and I stopped after 2 weeks when I see the halo effect, wait 1 month and the halo effect was gone so I continue with it but one other day instead. This time I dont want to stop it but I dont want the halo, can I reduce the use to 2 time per week just to maintaince and the Halo will disaapear? should stop it at all?
I had profractional laser resurfacing done 3 weeks ago and my skin and scars look worse than before the procedure. I also had hypopigmention and the spots look whiter will I see improvements over the next few months? How long does it take and my face is so red still.
Two and a half weeks after periorbital laser resurfacing, I developed a horrible case of folliculitis on the eyelid and under the eye of the most aggressively treated eye. I thought the only way to get rid of folliculitis was to remove the trapped hair. I have been on antibiotics for a week and had a steroid shot a week ago as well. Now, the redness has turned into pustules. One on my eyelid is huge! I am starting to panic.
