Decided to get my lip fillers dissolved but after doing 3 sessions of hyaluronidase my top lip won't go back to original size. My injector told me there's isn't any filler left and it's probably scar tissue from filler. It's there any way to treat the scar tissue and go back to my original small upper lip? I had 2ml in the lips
Hello! Last year I had 1 ml Juvederm injected into my very thin lips. Six months later I was unhappy with the results and went to another doctor to inject 0.5 ml. I hated my lips, they were too big and filled with bumps so I decided to dissolve. But now my lips look bruised, I believe I have scar tissue on the bottom lip and some permanent bruises. I still have several bumps and am afraid that my lips will look like that forever. Is there anything that I can do?
I have multiple large lumps in top lip that has caused an unsymmetrical appearance. Ive had 20+ treatments of Hyaluronidase and they are still there! I was told Restylane Lyft was used when my lips were injected. I seeked out a different RN on doing my Hyaluronidase injections- not the same injector that did the filler. Why is it not going away? Scar tissue maybe? Its been 4-5 months since Ive had the original Restylane lyft injected!
I am concerned because the size of my lips have not gone down as much as I would have hoped in the last two and a half years. From 2018-2019 I would repeatedly over fill my lips and I did not exercise caution with the quantity or wait period in between each session. A price I am now paying. I believe my last injection was in June or July or 2019. I am certain that my injections were not silicone. Could this be scar tissue? And if so, can hyaluronidase fix this?
I've been thru 2 rounds of dissolve to address migration on top lip, including completely dissolving lips. I want to refill but still see it, especially when I press my lips together. Could it be scar tissue & more dissolving will not help? I have concerns about continuing to dissolve as I believe it's eaten some of my natural tissue & am reading stories on here about people with permanent damage from dissolving, but am worried if I refill the migration will come right back & be more obvious.
5 days ago I had hyaluronidase injected to dissolve juvederm. After the first couple days I was very happy to see my lips took their normal shape again, with a slight deflated look I am sure would fix itself in time. There were bruises but overall everything was great. Now on day 5 I woke up and on my top lip there's a hard area that feels like scar tissue, it showed up overnight, and my top lip is swollen. It's a little sore to the touch if I try to massage it. Will this resolve on its own?
Hello, I had a bilateral cleft and had lip filler for the past 10 years. I find them too big since my last injection (Restylane Kysse, 15 months ago) and the HA doesn't seem to resorb much. Can I do hyaluronidase? Also, I noticed a sort of big blister that formed on the top of my upper lip. Is it due to lip filler? Thank you
Hi, I have had lip fillers April last year and it still there and now I've a small lump one side of my top lip. I went to dissolve it with Hyaluronidase the and the doctor used Hyaluronidase twice to dissolve the filler in over two weeks time but my lips are still the same the Hyaluronidase did not work whatsoever. Need help if there's anything else I can do it to go away? The doctors told me that it's not a scar tissue it might be my collagen.
Ive got my lips done with HA filler. It was to thick and my lips looked so unnatural. It was Juvederm Volift. After that, my lips were dissolved with Hyaluronidase except one part that can not be dissolve. I dont know why is that? Is there any chance that this is some kind of scar tissue, or do I need more treatmans with hyaluronidase, or maybe surgical excision? Pls help, I am so sad.
I had 1.5ml of Juvederm in May 2016 followed by 1ml of either Teosyal or Restalayne kiss in September 2016. The injector placed the filler poorly instead of going back I decided to wait for my body to dissolve the filler. There are 2 visible lines of filler under my top lip. I have had 2 appts now with a qualified nurse who used lidocaine mixed with hyaluronidase. I am currently 36 post 2nd treatment. Could it be scar tissue from the poorly placed fillers? Why won't it dissolve?
