I had my FUT, and I am 2 and a half months post op, I didn't wear any cap for the first two weeks after the procedure, then I got back to work and I am wearing a cap for nearly 8 hours a day, does this have any negative impact? I have chosen to wear a cap since there is very little growth in the recipient area and the hair in rest of my head has grown I want to hide this contrast till I start seeing results? Does sweating under the cap bad? I do wash my head everyday
I had a hair transplant 6 months ago. During the first couple of weeks I followed my surgeon's specific directions and used the special shampoo given. I then went back to my regular anti-dandruff shampoo showering once a day. After the fourth month it got a lot hotter where I live causing me to sweat more and I began Shampooing twice a day up until now. Just wondering if Shampooing twice a day can harm the transplant?
Hey I am now 3 weeks Post OP and the current weather in Germany is around 25-30 degrees, this means for me that i always have a slight sweat layer on the transplanted area and my question is if this condition could be bad for the transplanted hairs. My Doctor said that i should wash my hairs every second day but then will there be this slight layer. So I have to wash my hair everyday to get red of the sweat layer. What shall I do ? I hope you can help me :)
I am 38 days post op after my hair transplant. I am a regular and heavy gym goer. I haven't been going to gym since all this time and now I think it's ok for me to hit the gym again. My doctor asked me to resume my gym after 3 weeks but I avoided it for more than a month. Can I wear a beanie and workout? Can't say it's tight but it's not lose either. I sweat a lot. I hope it will not hamper the transplanted hair. Please help. Thank you so much in advance.
