My experience with Mister Hassan and the team at Elite surgical was amazing. I am quite squeamish but they put me at ease straight away and made the whole process so easy. I got breast augmentation and was unsure what size/ shape I wanted. I was guided very thoroughly through my consultations and the finished result is perfect and exactly what I had imagines. I had no pain at all afterwards and healed nice and quickly with scarring very neat and minimal. Overall would 100% recommend Elite surgical.

I had a rhino-septoplasty in June 2025 and i am currently 3 months post-op. I love my new nose and my biggest insecurity has now disappeared. All thanks to Dr Sultan Hassan he is really skilful and highly knowledgeable in this field and he really perfected my nose. If anyone wants to consider a rhinoplasty i strong recommend Dr Hassan. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Mr. Hassan on July 2nd and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. After a previous surgery, my nose was collapsed, my septum was deviated, I’d lost my sense of smell, and I couldn’t breathe through my right nostril. From the very first consultation, Mr. Hassan made me feel calm, confident, and fully informed. He was patient, honest, and truly cared about getting the best result for me—both functionally and cosmetically. Even though I’m still swollen, I already love my nose. It looks straighter, more balanced, and it suits my face so well. And best of all—I can breathe again. That alone is life-changing. The team in Manchester were also incredible. Huge thanks to Amy the nurse who went above and beyond, and to Simon and Carolyn who kept me fully informed and supported throughout. Mr. Hassan also has a policy that all patients speak to a body therapist before surgery, and I found that so valuable. Gina was fantastic—caring, understanding, and it really helped to speak with someone who had been through something similar. I can’t recommend Mr. Hassan enough. He’s an exceptional surgeon who has given me my confidence and quality of life back. I’ll always be grateful.

I’m three months into my nose job recovery and already so thrilled with the results. My nose had been a lifelong insecurity, and having the procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I feel so much more confident. I had multiple consultations with Mr Hassan, who listened to my request for a natural result, and the compliments haven’t stopped since. My biggest advice is to prepare for it like you’re about to run a marathon, just as Mr Hassan says. Arnika is your best friend, and staying on top of your medications is essential. My recovery wasn’t painful at all, just a bit uncomfortable and tiring, but I’d do it all over again for the confidence and results I’ve gained. Mr Hassan has a fantastic team, and Simon was always available on WhatsApp for any questions or concerns. I felt like I was in very safe hands throughout the entire experience.

BBL GLUTEAL IMPLANTS Elite Surgical have been exceptional from start to finish. From the initial call with Mr Hassan followed by a face to face consultation he was nothing but warm and professional. He kept me at ease throughout the whole process. He also checked in after surgery a few times so knowing he was available if I had any post op questions put my mind at rest! Simon Williams, the Office Manager, also went above and beyond. He kept me updated throughout and checked in on me a number of times after surgery. Any issues he was always at the end of the phone. His customer service was absolutely unbelievable. The same goes for Mr Hassan. I cannot thank them enough. I am now nearly 4 weeks post op and I am thrilled with my results. The BBL mattress, chair and pillow were and still are an absolute game changer, especially the mattress for people that can’t sleep on their front. I placed it on top of my normal mattress surrounded by pillows and a long yoga pillow for under my thighs and it was a comfortable nights sleep.
