I had a revision rhinoplasty with Mr. Hassan on July 2nd and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. After a previous surgery, my nose was collapsed, my septum was deviated, I’d lost my sense of smell, and I couldn’t breathe through my right nostril. From the very first consultation, Mr. Hassan made me feel calm, confident, and fully informed. He was patient, honest, and truly cared about getting the best result for me—both functionally and cosmetically. Even though I’m still swollen, I already love my nose. It looks straighter, more balanced, and it suits my face so well. And best of all—I can breathe again. That alone is life-changing. The team in Manchester were also incredible. Huge thanks to Amy the nurse who went above and beyond, and to Simon and Carolyn who kept me fully informed and supported throughout. Mr. Hassan also has a policy that all patients speak to a body therapist before surgery, and I found that so valuable. I’m three months into my nose job recovery and already so thrilled with the results. My nose had been a lifelong insecurity, and having the procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I feel so much more confident.

I had multiple consultations with Mr Hassan, who listened to my request for a natural result, and the compliments haven’t stopped since. My biggest advice is to prepare for it like you’re about to run a marathon, just as Mr Hassan says. Arnika is your best friend, and staying on top of your medications is essential.

My recovery wasn’t painful at all, just a bit uncomfortable and tiring, but I’d do it all over again for the confidence and results I’ve gained. I have also attached a few photos. The BBL mattress, chair and pillow were and still are an absolute game changer, especially the mattress for people that can’t sleep on their front.
I placed it on top of my normal mattress surrounded by pillows and a long yoga pillow for under my thighs and it was a comfortable nights sleep.

The pillow is now my new best friend and comes with me everywhere!
It has just made the recovery a lot easier!

Since the age of 6, I’ve lived a life shaped by bullying, seclusion, and abuse — all because of how my nose made my face look to others. Relationships were rare and short-lived. My life felt like living in a permanent lockdown.

From the age of 17, I began searching for the absolute best rhinoplasty surgeon in the world. I scoured everything — every clinic, every name. Words cannot describe how life changing and amazing this surgery and experience with Mr Hassan was. I was a complicated case needing a graft to allow me to breathe correctly on one side, straightening of my nose as well as removing the hump, Mr Hassan listed to all my concerns, answered my questions and his knowledge is second to none. I was hoping to regain my breathing and alter my nose for aesthetic reasons as it had been broken a couple of times, my results are amazing and beyond anything I could have dreamed of. The surgery has been life changing, I can breathe better than I ever have, my confidence has increased so much. My only regret is I didn’t have the surgery sooner! My results speak for themselves in terms of Mr Hassan’s talent and
experience which has left me beyond happy! My only regret is that I
didn’t do it sooner. Not only can I breathe again thanks to his skill
at placing a graft to open up my airways but I have a beautiful nose
that is something I could have only dreamed of. Mr Hassan was kind,
reassuring, knowledgeable and made me feel confident going into a
complicated surgery. I don’t have the words to thank him enough or

I am 9 months post a neck lift and fat transfer. I am not used to having major surgery but I can honestly say I was completely relaxed with Dr Hassan and what a result.
