Exceptional Care, Outstanding Results: One-Stitch Facelift Procedure

I recently underwent a modified one-stitch facelift with Mr Sultan Hassan at Elite Surgical, carried out at The Hale Clinic in Manchester, and I am genuinely delighted with both the experience and the results.
From the very beginning, the enquiry and consultation process was refreshingly pressure free. There were no pushy phone calls either before or after my consultation, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and I felt completely in control of my decision at every stage.
Mr Hassan is exceptionally attentive and clearly a perfectionist. He listened carefully to my concerns, took the time to reassure me, and the final outcome has far exceeded my expectations. The procedure itself was much better than I anticipated and was carried out under local anaesthetic, which was completely pain-free. As this was my first cosmetic procedure, this reassurance meant a great deal to me.
A special mention must go to Simon, my care coordinator, who has been wonderful from my initial enquiry right through to booking the procedure and beyond. He was always responsive, patient, and reassuring, especially when I felt anxious, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The surgical team were outstanding, and I would particularly like to thank my allocated nurse, Ammie. She was amazing, bubbly, kind, and incredibly reassuring, which made a huge difference on the day of surgery.
The clinic itself is also worth mentioning. From the outside it looks very discreet, and the seated area feels like a very proud high-end sophisticated clinic, which appears warm and calming. However, once through the doors, it opens into a modern hospital environment with a state of the art operating theatre, which was extremely impressive and reassuring.
Overall, I would highly recommend Mr Sultan Hassan and Elite Surgical. The care, professionalism, and results have been exceptional, and I am so pleased I chose to have my procedure here at Manchester.

Update: I’m unable to edit my original post, but I’d like to clarify that the clinic is a sophisticated, high-end setting rather than a standard high-street clinic. This is a more accurate reflection of my experience.
