A: Hi and thank you for your question and for sharing a photograph for us all to review. The short answer is NO! Fillers used skilfully can help to disguise a hump or correct a saddle deformity to inverted V deformity but they cannot make your nose smaller
A: hi and thank you for your question which is commonly asked by patients especially those with thicker nasal tip skin who as a result take much longer to settle. I normally advise that 80% of the swelling will resolve by 6-8weeks but rest may take up to 2 years for the nose to be fully settled.

It will take anything upto 2 years for a nose to fully settle following surgery! you are only 11 days which is far too premature to make any real judgement of your results. try to be patient and discuss any concerns with your surgeon. good luck and happy healing
A: Following a rhinoplasty I normally advise my patients that packs will be removed the morning after surgery. Sutures will be due out by day 7. The dorsal rhinoplasty splint can be removed after 2 weeks. No heavy swimming/exercise for about 6 weeks and no blowing the nose for around 6 weeks. return to work at 2 weeks.
A: This is another important consideration for any patient considering surgery. Following a rhinoplasty I generally say most bruising will have settled by 2-3 weeks. Swelling can take many months to resolve but around 80% should have subsided by 6weeks post although this is time can be doubled in patients with this skin.
