After years of having breast implants, I developed what’s called a “double bubble” deformity, and I had been feeling really discouraged about how my breasts looked. I did a lot of research and finally scheduled a consultation with Dr. Setty, and I’m honestly so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the entire office was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Setty took so much time with me and really explained WHY the double bubble happens and what the best options are to correct it. I never once felt rushed. He went through everything in detail including implant exchange, pocket revision, and the possibility of using mesh for extra support to help prevent bottoming out in the future. What I appreciated most was how transparent and educational he was. He explained the pros, cons, and long-term outcomes so I could make the best decision for my body. You can tell he’s extremely experienced with complex breast revisions, which made me feel so much more comfortable moving forward. Instead of feeling embarrassed about my situation, I actually left the consultation feeling hopeful and excited about fixing something that has bothered me for years. If you’re dealing with double bubble, implant complications, or just considering a breast revision, I would absolutely recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Setty. Double bubble gone. He gave me the fullness i wanted without making me top heavy and literally matched my inspo pic! Everyone at Setty Plastics is very kind. I had another great experience from beginning to end. Usually I get pre surgery anxiety but their NP Mara calmed me down and made the entire process easy and stress free. I have minimal pain and Dr. Setty followed up with me to see how I was doing during my recovery.

Dr. Setty performed my breast reduction and lift in late December, and I truly could not be more pleased with my experience. From my initial consultation through post-operative care, he and his entire staff were professional, supportive, and attentive. I am now a little over six weeks post-op and feel better than I have in years. I have a very small frame and previously had breasts that were disproportionately large for my body. Dr. Setty removed approximately 2.5 pounds total, and the results are both aesthetically beautiful and physically life-changing. Most importantly, the constant back pain I lived with for years is gone. The relief alone has made this procedure worth it. I feel balanced, comfortable, and much more at ease in my body. I only wish I had done this sooner. Choosing Dr. Setty was absolutely the right decision, and this has been one of the best investments I have ever made in my health and well-being.

Dr. Setty was incredible. He spent a lot of time with me, answered all of my questions and with every appointment I never felt like he was rushing me out. He always spent as much time with me as needed and explained the surgery in details I would understand. His staff is spectacular! I had an amazing experience. I had only been to see one other surgeon before Dr.Setty. I had the intention of meeting at least 3-4 to get to meet the doctors out there, pricing, etc. I stopped after I met Dr.Setty the first time. Dr.Setty answered all my questions, he and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Setty fixed a previously ugly lift and some very painful capsular contracture. I can’t believe how good it looks now even at only 5 weeks - I am thrilled!! My previous experience the first time around was not this smooth. I can’t say enough good things about the process - I am 5 weeks post OP, and I highly recommend Dr.Setty to anyone!
