This man is a WIZARD! Extremely skilled, very caring, kind and an incredible surgeon. Consultation was excellent. Dr. Lapuerta is lovely and truly takes the time to understand your goals and discuss options in detail so you know your choices and can align them with your expectations and desired outcomes. Also, his team is incredible! Everyone from office staff, to consultants, to medical professionals - all of his team - wonderful, caring, kind, supportive and very helpful. And the surgical results are five star: I look like myself, but 20 years younger. I am not even exaggerating. All care, instruction - pre and post op - very thorough. You feel like the whole team is there for you every step of the way. Because they are.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lapuerta's for around a decade now. I can't dream of going to see anyone else for a procedure big or small. He is patient, good humored, and really puts you at ease as a patient. He has such a vast base of experience over many years that it really builds a sense of trust. He does great work and I always come out looking like me, but better! Never an overdone, obvious look to his work. I would recommend him to anyone ten times over!

I am 3 months post tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift. The best decision I've made! Dr. Lapuerta is very professional, knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. He was always available to answer any questions and it felt like he really cared. Abby and Jenny the nurses are lovely and caring and were also quick to respond to any question both before and after.

Wow! Originally I was so nervous, but the staff was all really sweet and calmed my nerves throughout the whole process. I had lipo 360, and it was around 8k and worth every penny. I’m 21, smaller, with an athletic body but I’ve always had back rolls and a little tummy no matter how hard I went in the gym. I have a big butt naturally, and I knew Dr. Lapuerta was genuine when I asked him if I should get a BBL and he told me no, I have plenty, which is surprising because most surgeons would just do it for the extra money, because it was around 4K more for the BBL. All my appointments went smooth, and the staff was very friendly and even shared their experiences. The day of my surgery, I went in and the nurse numbed my hand with a shot before giving me an IV and that was all of the pain I felt until post op. The anesthesiologist, came in and put medicine in my IV, and that’s all I remember from there. I don’t even remember walking to the operating room. Next thing I knew, I was in the car. I will say the pain afterwards was a 9/10. Everything hurt the first few days and I was extremely swollen. I also did not really take my pain medicine, so that definitely contributes to that. I am currently day 7 post op and still very sore, however my body is SNATCHED!!! I literally look perfect already, and I can’t even imagine how much more amazing I’ll look when the swelling goes down. Dr.Lapuerta also strategically placed the incisions where I have tattoos and one right above my belly ring so that even if it does leave marks, it won’t be visible. I’m very grateful for the work he did, and I look forward to seeing my final results. Updated on 2 Feb 2023: Wow! Swelling went has gone down a ton & my waist is snatched!!!! I didn’t even think my waist could get much smaller. I still swell when I’m out my compression garment for too long, but that’s normal. I had no massages done & honestly didn’t wear my compression garment as much as I should have and my results are still spectacular! Very grateful.

Dr Leo and his staff are the easiest sweetest professionals. I was nervous and worried I would choose the wrong doctor. After going to about 5 different consultations and reviewing every doctor on every website in Houston and surrounding areas I couldn't decide that is , until I walked into Dr Lapuertas office. It's like walking into someone's inviting home. He sits in a sitting area with you and really takes his time to understand what results you want. On surgery day I came in, changed into a gown and sat in a recliner . Once the nurse started my Iv, I woke up walking out with the staff telling me how well I did. I have no memory whatsoever of the surgery. It was unbelievably easy! The results are better than I could have imagined!!! 2 months

There are no words to explain how incredible Dr. Lapuerta and his staff is. From the pre-op to the post-op appointments. Everything was handled with excellence. My surgery with Dr. Lapuerta was a success with minimal pain and I got both a chin reduction and breast augmentation.
