At over one year after the augmentation and closing in on a year mark since the establishment of your encapsulation I do not believe there is any good data suggesting ultrasound or BPC 157 would be helpful. Thank you your inquiry and excellent picture. I have had good experience with Galaflex mesh in dealing with elongation of the nipple to fold distance, implant malposition and bottoming out. Your surgeon does need to horizontally remove skin to shorten the nipple to fold distance to get best result. Discuss using a "bumper" of topifoam to hold the implant in place for at least a couple of weeks, best of luck.

You have a demanding job with the important duty of getting all us travelers safely to our destination. Besides your personal luggage which can be managed with less weight, pushing the service cart, assisting passengers with overhead luggage, and closing the airplane doors ( over a 150 pounds!) are the rate limiting roles. Do not forget in flight turbulence and the distance you may be away from your surgeon if something were to happen. I recommend a minimum of four week off and six weeks would be better. Furthermore bid your flights with friends and colleagues you trust who might assist you, good luck!

My concern is that you may have early capsular contracture, folding of the implant, or if you have a shaped tear drop implant that may have rotated.
