I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rumalla and his entire office staff. From the very first consultation through recovery, I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way.
Dr. Rumalla has such a kind, compassionate bedside manner and always took time to listen carefully and answer every question thoroughly. Having surgery can feel overwhelming, but his calm and reassuring approach immediately put me at ease.
My breast reduction surgery was truly life changing. I went from an H cup to a C cup, and I honestly could not be happier with my results. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own body now. My clothes fit so much better, I can finally buy normal-sized swimsuit tops, and for the first time in years I can even purchase matching pajama sets without needing completely different sizes for top and bottom!
One thing that especially stood out to me was how caring and conscientious Dr. Rumalla and his staff were during recovery. At one point I became very anxious and worried I had done something wrong while healing. When I called the office in a panic, they immediately had me come in to be checked. The nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring, and when Dr. Rumalla came in, he thoroughly examined everything and confirmed that my healing was completely normal. The comfort and peace of mind I received from that visit was phenomenal. I never once felt dismissed or rushed.
My pain after surgery was also surprisingly minimal and very manageable throughout recovery.
If you are considering breast reduction surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rumalla. He is not only an excellent surgeon, but also a genuinely caring physician who truly values his patients’ comfort, wellbeing, and peace of mind.
