PHENomenal WORK!! Incredibly natural with outstanding results from eyes to tummy and everything in between. Dr. Harris is well experienced with a high level of professionalism, expertise, and the genuine care that he has for his patients are unparalleled. His attention to detail and dedication to achieving the most natural and aesthetically pleasing results were evident throughout my personal journey with him since 2010. Dr. Harris has complete the following procedures on me: blepharoplasty, facelift with neck, upper lip lift, breast reduction/lift with Implants for fullness and liposuction at love handles and back. Dr. Harris listens to my concerns and goals then he crafts a personalized treatment plan that has exceeded my expectations and are flawless. My tummy tuck was from left side to right side almost 3 years old now. The scar has faded about 90% you can only see a few areas of hyperpigmentation. The office is warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff including nurses are the best. The surgery itself was a smooth experience with minimal discomfort. The only procedure that I endured the most pain was my tummy tuck with muscle repair. My recovery was pretty fast with each procedure. I stayed well hydrated and drank lots of protein shakes to help with healing. I had lots of swelling with the blepharoplasty. I used lots of ice and the swelling had subsided by 75% the following morning after surgery. I'm a nurse and believe me, it's very important not to cut corners when selecting a doctor. It's vital to get the right doctor the 1st time. If you are considering any procedure go see Dr. Harris. His talent, compassion, and dedication to patient satisfaction are truly remarkable, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been under his care.

Dr. Harris and his staff are amazing! I had breast augmentation and lipo last November (one year post op) and could not be happier with my results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Harris if you’re considering breast augmentation and/or lipo, or honestly, any other procedure!

My experience was fantastic with this practice. Everyone I encountered was top notch. They are warm and friendly, and I can't say enough good things. My procedure(s): lower face lift with lipo under the chin, brow lift, buccal fat removal and laser. My surgery was scheduled first thing in the morning (5:45 ish) and everyone was so chipper and sweet even though it was crazy early. I am 3 weeks post op and loving the results. The swelling is down and the redness from the laser is almost gone. I would absolutely do it all over again with this doctor and will continue to see him as needed.

1st it was incredibly difficult to get an appointment for a consultation. Secondly, I need it to reschedule due to weather but no one will answer the phone or email. Therefore, I will not be having my procedure done at this location. Looking for a new doctor any suggestions out there? I'm African American tan skin; so it matters. I need someone who knows how to work with melanin. I chose this doctor because I saw pictures of people who had pigment in their skin and he'd done a wonderful job. He's probably a great doctor but is office staff. Updated on 2 Feb 2023: Finally, received a call back. The office was closed due to weather. I'm giving 4 stars because even if your office is closed. You should at least check voicemail remotely and /or call people who are scheduled to reschedule. These can be done remotely.

After years of thinking, wishing, and dreaming, I've decided to spoil myself (with my own commission checks...) and get the surgeries. I'm scheduled with Dr. Scott Harris in Plano TX for November 9th 2022. I'm having a breast reduction/ lift, tummy tuck, lipo, BBL, & lip lift. My kids will be 6 & 8, and I'll be 38 so I feel like it's the right time to go for it! Im very excited, I'll try to keep this updated with pics and info.

Dr. Harris performed my top surgery (bilateral mastectomy with free nipple grafts) and I had a fantastic experience! It was my first surgery, and the team did a great job keeping me informed and calm. The practice is clean and calming, doesn't really feel like a "clinic". I'm very happy with my results so far and always felt like I was in the hands of professionals! My pain during recovery was very well managed and I felt that their care instructions carried me through the worst parts with ease. I would recommend him and his team to others any day. Here are some things that I think could be improved on in the future: 1. Nurses, please slow down. Asking questions about post-op care can feel very scary, and often patients can be embarrassed to ask so many questions while they're healing. Please answer questions with empathy and understanding of our unique experiences. Don't answer them like we are one notch in a conveyor belt of the same procedures. 2. Compile more in-depth resources and communication for out-of-state patients. We spent a lot of extra money and resources just to be able to see you specifically. Including post-op follow-ups after we return home would amazing. Rather than us being the ones to always initiate contact, I would have loved to receive one or two emails asking, "How are you doing? Are there any questions we can help answer?" Not being able to be in-person for follow-ups should at least be attempted to be supplemented through Zoom/call/email rather than dropped off completely. 3. During the first consultation with Dr. Harris, please let patients undress privately. During my first in-person appointment the day before surgery, I was asked to undress after Dr. Harris entered the room for the consultation. I should have been asked to undress prior, allowed to put on the robe that was hanging on the door, and then let Dr. Harris conduct his exam. That's a very small detail, but it makes an impression to be respectful of patients' privacy and dignity, even considering the circumstances.

Dr. Harris was recommended to me by a family member and I loved his work on her so I bypassed insurance and paid out of pocket and he delivered. I am beyond happy with my BR and consider it a life changer. I belong to a support group on FB and I recommend him weekly.

Thank you Dr Harris and his amazing team for being part of my transformation! On May 20th, my journey began with breast reduction, lift, augmentation, inner thigh lift, bbl and lip implants! Wow! And, this at the young age of 59! Rocking it!

Dr. Scott Harris and the entire staff at American Institute for Plastic Surgery are the absolute best you can find. They are knowledgeable and professional. They have done applaudable, jaw-dropping work 42 of my friends and clients. I love their entire staff and will always refer him and trust him with all of my surgeries. One of the things I love most about him- He told one of my friends "I am an expert on natural beauty. (Which is absolutely proven to be true.) I will not do any surgery so extreme on you that changes your daughters idea of what she needs to acquire to feel beautiful." He melted my heart with his morals and completed 3 surgeries at once with literally seamless perfection. His staff truly are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. When I was waking up from surgery on anesthesia I actually thought I was in heaven. And with his surgery results... I’ve been in heaven ever since. I have no regrets, I knew Dr. Harris was the right choice right away. He identified the changes I wanted on my nose without me saying it. He made it to where it looks natural and I have absolutely after two months no signs of any scars. He also performed a skin laser resurfacing. My skin looks beautiful. I will be going back to him for any cosmetic maintenance, or updates. I never felt nervous, I knew I was in the right hands. The facility is amazing, the staff amazing also.
