Dr. Peter Raphael is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He received his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. After completing his general surgery training at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center, Dr. Raphael decided to enhance his skills in microsurgery research by attending the Division of Cardiovascular Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Following his training, Dr.Raphael accepted a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the University of Illinois/Cook County Hospital, in Chicago, Illinois. Following his education, and exceptional training, Dr. Peter Raphael entered into a private practice in Plano, Texas, specializing in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Raphael has presented at both state and national medical meetings on the advances in plastic surgery. He is internationally known for his techniques in transgender surgery.

Dr. William Alan Dulin is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing at the American Institute for Plastic Surgery in Plano, Texas. Dr. Dulin is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgery. He has hospital privileges at the Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Baylor Medical Center of Frisco, among others in north Dallas.
