Office staff rude - will not be having my procedure done at this location

1st it was incredibly difficult to get an appointment for a consultation. Secondly, I need it to reschedule due to weather but no one will answer the phone or email. Therefore, I will not be having my procedure done at this location. Looking for a new doctor any suggestions out there? I'm African American tan skin; so it matters. I need someone who knows how to work with melanin. I chose this doctor because I saw pictures of people who had pigment in their skin and he'd done a wonderful job. He's probably a great doctor but is office staff.

Finally, received a call back. The office was closed due to weather. I'm giving 4 stars because even if your office is closed. You should at least check voicemail remotely and /or call people who are scheduled to reschedule. These can be done remotely.
