I had septoplasty and chin lipo. I’m so happy with the results. Nose looks amazing (and I can breath out of my right nostril again) and my face looks so much thinner. Two weeks out from surgery and already seeing big improvements. While I was getting my lymphatic massage to reduce swelling, the massage therapist (ex plastics nurse) told me Dr Weinfeld and one other surgeon are the only two surgeons in Austin she’d trust with her face. I certainly agree. Pleased as punch.

Dr. Weinfeld did my rhinoplasty which is something I’ve always wanted. It’s honestly more perfect than I could have imagined. He made sure that we were on the same page and I understood the process. I’m still early in healing and I expect it to get even better as swelling goes down. I wish I had done this years ago but I’m glad I waited till I found such a talented surgeon

Dr. Weinfeld and his entire team are incredible! He performed a second revision rhinoplasty with my own rib cartilage graft fixing both significant cosmetic issues (including overprojection, uneven and enlarged nostrils, twisted nose tip, asymmetry, the works) and significantly improving my breathing (removed a bone spur). I’m only a month out and my nose looks like the goal photo morphs (both front and side) and I can breath out of both sides of my nose without issue for the first time! Recovery process went great, I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol/Celebrex for pain and was back to work (desk job) in under 2 weeks. He has a thoughtful pre-op and post-op process and always felt like I was in good hands and everyone truly cared about getting best possible result. Staff at Austin Plastic Surgeon were all incredible, accommodating my schedule and providing great care! Only regret is I did not find Dr. Weinfeld and his team sooner! 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Weinfeld is a craftsperson, dedicated to doing an outstanding job for his patients. For those of us who have been through breast cancer, it is wonderful to have someone on your side who really seems to care about your future. His people are fantastic too. I've been a patient of Dr. Weinfeld's since 2019, when I was diagnosed with DCIS breast cancer in my right breast. A surgeon who I shan't name made a botch of the lumpectomy, which resulted in my having to have a mastectomy. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. Heather King, breast surgeon, and she together with Dr. Weinfeld sorted out the mess. Dr. Weinfeld did an implant, which was excellent. Fast forward to 2023 and I was diagnosed with cancer in my left breast, the second time in that one. Dr. King and Dr. Weinfeld guided me on the choices I had. However, no one offered the option of going flat. I chose to do the Diep flap. Thankfully, my husband asked me one day had I considered not doing reconstruction, which I hadn't. After careful research, I went back to Dr. Weinfeld and asked his advice. Even though he doesn't usually do 'flat', he was willing to listen and to discuss the various options. Despite it not being their normal practice, Dr. Weinfeld and Dr. King together agreed that he would remove my implant from my right and, after Dr. King had done the left breast mastectomy, he would do aesthetic surgery on both sides, making sure that it didn’t look like it had simply been sewn up. How incredibly special to have two surgeons who had my best interests at heart and not simply doing what they would usually do. I am so grateful to them both. What I’m hoping is that patients will now be automatically given all three options (Diep flap, implants, or flat with plastic surgery input) and then be able to make the best choice for themselves. Updated on 15 Dec 2024: Further to my review in November 2024, I wanted to post a photo of my surgery done by Dr. Heather King and Dr. Adam Weinfeld in March this year. I have agreed with Dr. Weinfeld to be available to people making a decision of what to do after mastectomy. My goal is to encourage plastic surgeons who perform breast cancer surgery to consider offering going flat with aesthetic surgery. It seems that surgeons naturally believe that a woman must have breasts to feel good. They don't currently seem to see that, in today's world, there are options such as prothesis, bralettes, scar treatments, pads and more to make oneself feel okay with being flat. However, without the involvement of a plastic surgeon the resulting flat may be ugly and hard to live with.

Dr. Weinfeld did a brow lift and upper eyelid lift on me a few years ago, which I loved. When it was time for body work, I had another consultation but ultimately decided on Dr. Weinfeld again, and I am SO GLAD I did. He’s so professional and knowledgeable and my results are exactly what I wanted. I had a breast lift, augmentation, lipo and fat transfer to breasts. He used the perfect size of implants, and recovery has been so easy, with no complications. I have had other plastic surgery and will never see a different surgeon now. I look forward to a facelift by Dr. Weinfeld in maybe 10 years or so! Thank you to the whole team!

I strolled into Dr Weinfeld's office in 2016, self conscious of my nose hump, bulbous tip and had difficulty breathing. I've heard horror stories of botched nose jobs, that ended up super cute looking but at the price of worsening their breathing or collapsing, so I did my research and settled on a consultation w Dr W. Dr Weinfeld examined my nose, recommended a septoplasty/rhinoplasty, and made me feel super comfortable by explaining what exactly he was going to do to rebuild my nose from the inside so I could breathe and have a better nose structure, but also help me achieve a balanced look so I wouldn't feel self conscious anymore either. I booked the procedure, crossed my fingers, and here we are, 8 years later, still in love w my nose and finally writing a review. So here's what to expect: I was down for 2 weeks before the cast came off and stints came out (keep those moisturized w saline if you want them to come out painlessly!). swelling took a solid 6-12 months to fully go down, but most of it goes away early so its not that noticeable. I had no feeling in my nose tip for a year; it took some time for the nerves to all come back but they eventually did. Those are just side effects that sometimes happen. Over the years, I've gotten compliments on my nose; people tell me I have a perfect nose. I'm not a mouth breather anymore when I'm running or sleeping, I don't wake up stuffy or choking on post nasal drip. I don't wake up with a sore throat from snoring. Dr Weinfeld is the best and changed my life and is worth it. Long term results hold up so well. You're in good hands going to Dr W for your aesthetic and functional concerns!!

2 weeks post op and I'm loving my results so far. I've been considering rhinoplasty for years now & it was an easy choice to go with Dr. Weinfeld based off his expertise & professionalism I've had such a friendly, seamless and comfortable experience throughout my rhinoplasty journey thus far with Dr. Weinfeld and his team. They are very attentive & thorough when answering all of my questions. Super excited to see my end results & where the rest of my healing takes me! I highly recommend Dr. Weinfeld- he is truly a rhinoplasty wizard!

I needed to have a Lumpectomy a little over a year and a half ago. I asked my surgeon if a breast reduction would be possible as well. He recommended Dr Weinfeld. My surgery was spectacular, I had never been happy with my appearance in the past, the confidence was amazing. Because of my breast surgery results, I went back to Dr. Weinfeld to discuss an abdominoplasty and lipo. Oh my goodness! Its been a little over 4 months and the results are amazing! Dr Weinfeld removed a little over 8 lbs of fat from my belly and sides, my waist went from 38 to 30 and my self confidence has gone through the roof! I have been able to continue to lose a few extra lbs and each month my body looks better and better. I have never had a flat tummy or a nice waist in my life. I have been insecure of my nose since i was 11 years old (if not younger). I did lots of research and landed on Doctor Weinfeld. He was an amazing choice and has forever changed my life and my confidence. I can finally be proud of my side profile and it looks so natural. The recovery was smooth and he was an excellent choice!!

Dr. Weinfeld was extremely professional but also kind and empathic, I had wanted a rhinoplasty for many years but always found a reason to postpone it. Dr. Weinfeld was extremely understanding about my concerns (both aesthetic and medical) and was able to come up with a plan. Even though it's only been 8 days I'm already pleased with the new shape of my nose (knowing that it's many months away from being finalized ofc!) and the results look very natural.
