I had a neck lift with a chin implant done approximately 2 1/2 months ago. I am very pleased with the way my neck turned out. I am not so pleased with the chin implant. I feel it is too big and bulky, my face doesn't look as feminine as it did before the procedure. I plan on having the chin implant removed in a few weeks.
