the first 5 days after surgery felt like hell. bed rest, walk 5 mins every hour or 2 back to bed
now on day 11 my drains are still in and draining. i just want them out. Tissues and fat has come through the drains also
I am still a discomfort, not full pain, but at night just discomfort to the point i just walk and pace in front of the TV,
I can see that my tummy is much much flatter, but i am not seeing result of my back or waist line yet. Trying to stay positive, this has been and is a very emotional journey for me.
my body, skin does not feel like my own right now, odd feeling just to touch my own skin, i feel unattached from it.
I did buy Post Lipo Foam for to wear in my compression garment which is awesome stuff. Post Lipo Foam is a MUST for comfort, wish i had, had it right after surgery but only got from amazon today. ( Post Surgery Foam Sheets, Surgical Compression Garments ContourMD, 8"x 11" Sheet) 18 BUCKS
I am trying to do light stuff around the house and take care of my 6 dogs, some days are harder than the other.
Really missing the gym.

day 12 post vaser lipo tummy , waist, lower, mid and upper back
trouble sleeping last night. body was so uncomfortable. I only have 2 pain pills left and not sure if Dr is going to give me more. I really do still need them at night when my body seems to hurt the most.
The foam post lipo pads i have bought have helped some
Drains still in. front drain is slowly stopping but my back drain is still fulling up and back to pink in color

its is not 15 days post op vaser lipo on tummy / waist ( 360 ) lower, mid and upper back
My drains are still in and draining. Dr. says nothing to worry about some just drain a lot longer...but no, 15 days draining is no the norm. Still wearing my compression garment...feels odd when it is off.
Still sore when i move certain ways, still sleeping on only my back instead of my side. Skin still feels detached and not my own when touched.
I can see some results in the curve in my waist line, my tummy is flatter, not perfect flat, still some lumps, but i dont have to suck it in nearly as much as i use to at all.
Still waiting to see result on my upper back. not sure why i am not seeing any result in that area yet, except maybe become the compression garment really does not compress the upper back at all.
still on down time, no work, no gym, hard to to sit and eat all day out of boredom .

Today is 17 days post op..I have been in pain again or extreme discomfort. Seems like my body has swollen back up so much I had to put on a larger compression garment because the size M was making the discomfort worse pain wise.
Mentally this is taking a toll on me..and dr wont seem to give more pain pills.
Not sure why I am more swollen day 17 then was at day 14

well went to Drs. Today due to swelling back up and in pain...after 18 days he took both drains out, even though one was still draining alot and then manually drained 3 spots on me with a huge needle...this was not fun...LOL..but it def helped ease some of the pain i was feeling for sure.
the pulling out of the drains wasnt much fun either.

got drained manually by dr. twice last week instant relief in swelling and discomfort when he drains me by needle. I also got my first lymphatic drain massage and wow, just wow, what a instant difference it made.
Durring the massage it hurt, not gonna lie, even with her gentle pressure, but i got through the 60 mins. when she was done i was able to bend and touch my toes, which i had not been able to do and swelling in my back was gone and so was discomfort, just amazing. Going back today for a second one and will prob be getting one every few days because my body just keeps swelling.
I am hoping it will all be done soon
If you live in Las Vegas and are seeking a great lymphatic drain massage person try Robbin at Elements massage in Summerlin. She really knows what she is doing

It is almost exactly 4 weeks since my surgery and I am in so much pain. I am more swollen at 4 weeks than I was at 2 weeks. I am feeling defeated my the pain of this swelling. And my dr. Wont give more pain pills and extra strength tylenol isnt cutting it
I know once healed it will look great but right now I am in tears over chronic pain.
I havent worked in 4 weeks. so no income, and need to be able to get back to work without pain.

today marked exactly 1 month ( 4 weeks) post op. Still swollen, had more fluid drained manually today by Dr. He is hoping its the last time for draining. Everything feels very tight, so am getting ultrasound massage at the Drs. and Lymphatic drain massages at elements massage in summerlin las vegas.
Body is still sore to the touch ,or odd feeling to be touch, have to go back to work next week, which involves me being in physical contact with people, so wish me luck
Dr. took 1 month pics today and the difference in my body shape is huge so far, hopefully this pain and discomfort will be with it all.

5 weeks post op, still swollen and sore / discomfort. I have gotten 4 ultra sound massages to help with tightness and yes they helped some, but at 100 a pop at the Dr. office that is all i can afford. Still get lymph drain massage at least twice a week ( elements massage in summerlin see Sabrina )
sleeping is still a bit hard because i swell way up when laying in bed for many hours to sleep.
But still happy with my result, Hopefully swelling with me gone by my 3 months post op date, or so i am told it should all be done by then.
still wearing compression garment, it looks like it has been through war.
Planning to go back to working out on monday, not sure if i will be running by def walking and light weights.

Went back to the gym today, my endurance is still there but have to work back up my strenght and power and running.
I wore my latex waist trainer during my 1 hour work out for compression. During the actual work out i wasnt in too much discomfort, just have the itchy feeling from healing. however once home and i took off my waist trainer i felt a lot of discomfort. I looked a lot smaller, but then the normal swelling came back.
I am so tired of being swollen and sore to the touch. Parts of me still feel detached and odd to the touch and still having trouble sleeping as i swell up a lot during the night
My faja fits but is not tight tight , so not sure if i should buy a smaller one

just hit 2 month post op mark. I am still wearing compression all the time. When I take compression off my body still feels odd. still some sore spots and odd sensations
Been back at the gym for a month now. But have not done any full ab work at the gym, i am so afraid to mess anything up. But am running and doing weights and some core
Some days i still feel swollen and other days i feel and look nice and small.
I still have one area that has not contuoured ( its small) so hoping Doc can address that at 3 month appt. And i have one small bruise on my side that wont go away, its tiny
I have had a hell of a time buying a smaller compression garment. I bought and returned 3 off amazon and then finally just kept the 4th one.
At the gym i wear my latex waist trainer, can be found on amazon
