So happy!

It's been about 3 years since my surgery. I chose dr. pancholi even though he was about $2,500 more expensive than all 6 other surgeons I had a consultation with, because apparently boob jobs are hard or else so many people wouldn't have jacked up fake boobs, and I was confident that if the results were unfavorable, Dr. Pancholi had the skill to correct the problem. I was very concerned on what the procedure would be if something were to go wrong and was assured time and time again that it would be taken care of. I came home from my surgery with my left boob looking odd. At every single follow up I was told that it would take a year for things to settle down. 1 year follow up, my left boob looked exactly like it did day 1 post op. I was quoted $1,500 dollars to fix it with side effects that included loss of feeling, constantly hard nipple on that side, and no guarantee that it would work. I decided to not have the second procedure and I was pretty irritated that the issue that I was experiencing was from day 1 of the procedure. It wasn't my body healing weird, it was a surgical error. I recently went to another plastic surgeon to have a consultation to have my left breast corrected and without telling the surgeon, he knew exactly who my original surgeon was because apparently he has fixed the same mistake in multiple former Dr. Pancholi patients. I learned that Dr. Pancholi is actually an ENT who does cosmetic surgery and not an actual plastic surgeon. I have a franken-boob that needs to be surgically corrected. Dr. Pancholi made a mistake that he was unwilling to correct. I was told that my boob looked that way before and that it was an anatomical problem. When in reality, it is a common mistake in breast augmentations that is easily corrected.

I was contacted by Dr. Pancholi's staff regarding my review. They apologized for my bad experience and asked me to come in for a consultation to correct the issue. I felt like the staff was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and happiness with my result. The woman who called me also cleared up some misinformation that I was given about Dr. Pancholi. She told me that his training was a program that included ENT and facial plastic surgery and that we went on to training and certification in whole body plastic surgery. I apologize to you all for the misinformation. I have my consultation today and will keep you updated on the process.

I just had my consultation to have my left breast corrected with Dr. Pancholi. He spent about an hour addressing my concerns. He determined that my left implant needs to be dropped about 2 inches and that aside from a very minor concern, dropping the implant should resolve all of my major concerns. I felt very heard and felt that Dr. Pancholi feels confident he can correct my concerns. He offered to cover the procedure 100%. I felt like he was very honest and real with me. He wanted to make sure that my expectations and his were the same. I will be scheduling my revision somewhere in the next 5 weeks. His staff and schedule was very accommodating to my procedure. I am very happy with how my consultation went and look forward to having my concerns resolved!
