Compassionate, talented, artistic genius - I couldn’t be happier with my new shape and my beautiful breasts

The very first time I met Dr. Pancholi, he spent over an hour and a half talking to me about my journey through breast cancer, mastectomy, reconstruction, and last but not least, breast reconstruction revision options.

I was defeated and felt like no one would or could help me create breasts that appear real and normal, (when I say real and normal, I don’t mean perfect or even close to what a regular breast augmentation looks like.

I was striving for a reconstruction that at least did not look like a tennis ball cut in half and slipped under my skin a half inch from the sternum on one side, and the breast two inches away from the sternum and hanging down and medial on the other. He spoke to me kindly, but frankly. When I say that I mean he was honest about what I could expect my breasts to look like. BUT, he spoke to me as a human and Not like a piece of meat, (which I have experienced in the 7 consultations countrywide, prior to this one). Even though It would be inconvenient to travel from Kansas to Las Vegas and stay in a hotel for 10 days, I chose him. He made me feel heard and safe. His work was excellent.

The first surgery with him, (mind you it was my 3rd reconstruction revision), was a very long surgery. He had to correct many flaws to reach the best outcome. It was a painful recovery. My breasts however looked fantastic!!! I was so happy!!!! The results were better than I ever could imagine. I thought they look amazing! However, this artist, was not satisfied.

He had me come back out for a second set of fat transfers. In my second surgery which was much easier, he took a lot of fat from my flanks, and inner thighs to smooth out the upper pole, and the edges of the implant on the right side, (where I had the mastectomy). I am 5 weeks post op. The pictures above show the final product, the piece of art that he created.

The follow up has been wonderful! I am a slow healer and just had my back drain removed at 4 weeks, so I still am swollen. I couldn’t be happier with my new shape and my beautiful breasts. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Pancholi and staff. You gave me hope and so much joy!!
