Dr. Francisco Bucio is a highly respected plastic surgeon in Tijuana, Mexico, with over three decades of experience in private practice. He is the founder and director of the Bucio Surgicenter, a state-of-the-art plastic surgery clinic dedicated to the care of residents in the area and patients traveling from the United States. After reconstructive microsurgery that transplanted two toes to his hand, Dr. Bucio returned to the operating room and went on to skillfully perform countless successful procedures throughout his 32-year career.
