5 out of 5 stars Mommy Makeover
I found Dr. Robbins on-line and was impressed with his credentials. After our first meeting, we left feeling very informed and felt that he was open and honest about what I should expect. He is the only double board certified PS in the state, has the only certified PS nurse in the state and has a fully accredited operating room on-site.

So far so good. I will update my ratings after my surgery to completely reflect all categories. I definately feel that I will be in very good competent hands of both doctor and staff.

Hi,, I'm 29yrs old and I have 3 wonderful kids(11,9,3). I been wanting this for a very long time and I had been doing my research a lot until I was comfortable enough to go forward it. I excercise a lot and I still can't seem to tighten up my stomach. The other descison was I just had my tube tie 3weeks ago so I know there wouldn't be any unexpected!!! I'm only 5'0 and...

First meeting went very well. The follow up meetings ...not so much. I think he could see how bad he had done and just wanted to be rid of me as fast as possible.

Wonderful staff, very personable PA, atmosphere is spa like and no pressure. He actually told me I did not need a TT when he could have very well taken my $$$ on a procedure I did not need. I cannot say enough about finding my perfect PA!
5 out of 5 stars Rhinoplasty
My procedure was performed by Dr. David Robbins of Des Moines Plastic Surgery in West Des Moines, IA. He is Iowa's only quadruple board certified plastic surgeon and specializes in face. His practice is also in the Black Diamond Club.
5 out of 5 stars CoolSculpting
Dr. Robbins doesn't actually perform this procedure on patients. I saw him at the open house when I first paid for the treatments but haven't seen him since then. This is a pretty straightforward procedure and I see no reason that nurses (or anyone, really) can't do it with some training. I really like the nurse who does my CoolSculpting. I don't know the rest of the staff but they seem nice enough.
I saw his commercial on TV and looked into his business and practices..

I found him online. I chose him because he had the best credentials and reviews. I had to change my review slightly. I think he did an awesome job on my surgery but I felt like at my 1 week post op he was half way out the door before I could ask many questions. i felt like I i didn't get a lot of info of what I should or should not do between now and my 4 weeks post op.

Ok ladies – let’s get personal. The older we get, the more likely we are to experience chronic vaginal dryness and skin laxity. This is often seen in women who have had a few children or are going through menopause, but it can be caused by other issues as well such as aging. ThermiVA is our solution. This radio frequency technology uses a wand that produces heat which stimulates the vagina to produce natural moisture on its own, providing women the relief from dryness. This tec...
