Dr. Scheinberg was an amazing doctor from start to finish. He definitely delivered the results I was hoping for! I was extremely nervous at first. I never imagined in a million years thought I'd have a chance at having a normal looking vagina, but I sure do now. His staff and him were very pleasant and knowledgeable. He is extremely attentive to detail, a perfectionist, which is what you'd like to come across when you are doing this type of procedure. His staff including his wife helped me every step of the way. I only took off about 1 week of work and have little to no pain. Best decision/gift I've given myself to date.

Procedures: Repair Site Specific Defect Posterior Vagina w/ Narrowing, Repair Anterior Prolapse with Urethral Support, Repair Perineum and Vaginal Orifice, Repair Enterocele I’m a mom of two, who had vaginal births with both my children. With my first born (6lbs 5oz) I ended up with a small labia tear, but all sexual function and pleasure was the same as before I gave birth. With my second born (9lbs4oz) I had episiotomy and birthing injuries resulting in a 4 degree tear and bladder prolapse. I was left with my bladder literally falling out of my vagina and having fecal incontinence. At 35 years old, mom of two, I fell into depression and cried my eyes out daily. I was wearing adult diapers and pads bc I was soiling my pants. I went to a pelvic floor surgeon to address my bladder prolapse but he was not willing to perform any surgery on me bc of my age. He said I was too young and there was a chance that my bladder would lift over time. My bladder did start to lift after 6 months and I could no longer see it or feel it inside my vaginal cavity. However, my fecal incontinence continued for years. I went from soiling myself daily to a few times a week to once a week to a few times a month. Over 3 years passed and although my prolapse and incontinence seemed to be getting better, it was still there and I had no feeling during sex. I felt very stretched out and loose. I could barely feel my husband inside me, who is very large sized. I used to feel his penis stretch the walls of my vagina during sex but now it was the hotdog down a hallway analogy for me. My loving husband never made me feel guilty or shame for the way my vagina was but I felt the guilt and shame from myself. I had no sexual drive which was not in my nature. Sex became a chore and we barely were having it at all. After 4 years, I could not take it anymore, and almost exactly 4 years to the day of having my second child I was being prepped for repair surgery by Dr. Scheinberg. I did a lot of research prior to choosing a surgeon. I did the homework and put in the time and narrowed my choices to two doctors. One happened to be a female doctor, who had great reviews but much less experience, and was only about an hour away from where we live. The second was Dr. Scheinberg. His resume and reviews were astoundingly impressive and he had years of experience under his belt. However, he was located 3 1/2 hours away. I knew I couldn’t risk choosing a doctor out of convenience, and after all I have been through, I needed this surgery to be successful regardless of dollar amount or distance. The journey with Dr. Scheinberg started with a call to his office where I was greeted by his friendly staff and wife. I could feel their warmth and compassion over the phone and was told I would get a call from Dr. Scheinberg personally. Dr. Scheinberg called me on time and spent over an hour on the phone with me; listening to my story and what I was going through, and explaining in detail my anatomy and what he expected I would need done based off what I told him. I was sent detailed emails including a quote with an itemized list of procedures. Because of the distance I did not have an exam prior to my pre-op appointment which was a couple days before surgery. The surgery was scheduled only a few weeks away from that first phone call. My husband and I decided to rent an Airbnb near by the office and surgical center. The time had come and here we were, traveling south to meet Dr. Scheinberg and his staff for the first time. Dr. Scheinberg was just as thorough in person as he was over the phone. Going over all the details and more. I felt like I had every question or concern answered by him which eased my nerves. He was caring and confident. Two qualities I admire in a surgeon. Like any procedure, there is always risks that the outcome will not be successful and he never gave me a sense of false hope. Yet his confident demeanor and testimonials from other women left me feeling assured that I would be put back together again and have my sex life somewhat back to normal. Eunice, his wife, is an absolute doll and went over all the paperwork with me. I was given a detailed description of what I would need to do to prep for surgery and what to expect during and after. I was given a list of medications and other items I would need prior to our trip down so I was already prepared. Prep for surgery wasn’t fun, but wasn’t as bad as expected. I needed to completely cleanse my bowels and fast for a full day. The day of surgery I went to the surgery center which was clean and organized. I needed to fill out a few forms and then sent to the back where I undressed and got into surgery garb. Dr. Scheinberg then met me in the pre surgery area and went over a few things and reassured me that I would be okay. I had lots of nerves at this point and was scared even though I was excited too. I was given sedation meds and the next thing I remember is waking up in post op with my husband right next to me. Dr. Scheinberg said that I was in very bad shape and once he had me opened up, could really see the damage I had. Everything he thought I would need repaired was worked on during the 4 hour surgery. I felt no pain as the meds were still going strong. I had my vitals checked and not long after was discharged. I was brought out to our truck via wheelchair and remember just being very exhausted but not in much pain. Once back to the Airbnb the pain kicked in but it was not in my vagina, it was my lower back, specifically my tail bone. It hurt so badly. I received a call from Dr. Scheinberg checking up on me and he said the pain in my back was from lying on the operating table. He said bc I’m thin I had that issue. I was given meds to help with pain and muscle spasms. I took everything exactly as directed. I also had a catheter that went from my urethra into a bag that was wrapped around my leg. I had this for 10 days. Over the next day the pain slowly crept in, and the area that was the worst was my perineum. Thank goodness for bags of peas and the pain meds bc that first week was ROUGH! Having the catheter was not fun either but emptying it frequently helped deal with it. Dr. Scheinberg called me DAILY! His bedside/post op communication was top notch. I felt like VIP. He was so kind and compassionate and I actually miss getting his calls. Post op appointment came and again, my husband and I traveled down to his office. At this appointment I would have to prove my catheter could come out by urinating a certain amount. I did and was so happy. I had some localized pain in the perineum area and given a shot to dull it. I also was examined and shown in a mirror my repaired vagina, and boy was it a pretty sight! What was a torn up, broken vagina was now a tight pretty package with a bow. I couldn’t help but cry and hug Dr. Scheinberg. This was such a emotional and physical journey that started many years prior and I was so overwhelmed. I was told I could start having sex but to go slow and expect pain for some time. The first few weeks of sex was painful but I could feel my husbands penis along the inside walls of my vagina which I haven’t felt in years. It seemed as though I had a wall in the back of my vaginal canal and it was impossible for my husband to fully fit himself inside me. I was told that it was my cervix. I was nervous about this being a problem and causing issue with how my husband felt inside me but as the weeks turned into months, that wall was no longer there and I could fully take my husband’s large in girth and width penis easily. He said that my vagina feels unbelievably amazing. He said it grips around his penis and it’s sometimes hard for him to not ejaculate from how good it feels. I feel EVERYTHING! I orgasm every time we have intercourse. I can cry just thinking about the whole situation. I thought my sex life was over but Dr. Scheinberg and his unbelievable skills restored it. I owe so much to Dr. Scheinberg and am forever grateful for him and his team. If you are experiencing anything like I was, pick up your phone and call Dr. Scheinberg now. It will change your life. Still shocked. I had undergone a labiaplasty before with another surgeon and was so disappointed with the results. I entered the office with the expectations of being disappointed again but still a little hopeful that they could somehow make it better. I met Dr. Scheinberg, he said I’ll do the best I can, yeah I’ve heard that before. The first time I looked at my results I never would’ve thought I’d end up as amazing as I did. Was hoping for better but NEVER this! I am so thrilled, grateful and still shocked. He also called me everyday to make sure I was doing great along with his lovely wife Eunice. He promised a pain level of 1-2. My pain level was a 0. Just follow his instructions and don’t skip icing. You would be in the best hands with Dr. Scheinberg and his team. I will for sure be recommending to all the women out there who need more confidence in their lives cause Dr Scheinberg will make that happen. I can’t thank you enough, you truly changed my life when I thought it impossible. He truly cares for his patients and to give them the best possible outcome.

I don’t know where to start there has been nothing but love since I walked into the office. Everyone works together and are very pleasant and caring. Dr. Mark Scheinberg has been sent from heaven. Everything was perfect after the surgery. He made sure he checked up on me every single day and answered any questions or concerns no matter what time it was… definitely treated as a VIP. I can generally tell that he loves his patients, even if it’s temporary while we are in he takes care. He made me feel like he was concerned father. I have held up really good and my bladder is working very well now and also the vagina looks brand new. I would definitely recommend him over and over again

I don’t have enough praise to give Dr. Scheinberg and his team. Everyone in his office is well- versed and passionate about the work that they do. What first got me into contact with his office was that his page had the most pictures from any other surgeon I had researched, and all pictures looked natural, but well done. He is an expert in what he does and specializes in women’s health/ gynecology, which was important to me. I called his office for a consult and his front desk staff was compassionate, kind, and spent over and hour patiently answering all of my questions. Dr. Scheinberg gave a detailed explanation of how he does his procedure, and really took the time to educate me on the process and answer and questions that I had. I was sold. I had read horror stories online about painful healing after the procedure, but Dr. S stated that his patients reported a pain level of 1-2 post op… I can’t speak on behalf of everyone, but I would say I experienced a pain level of 0.5, if that. He and his wife called me every day for the first week after the procedure, even on weekends to see how I was feeling. You don’t find doctor care like that anymore. I felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way. I am beyond thrilled with my results, and I would recommend Dr. Scheinberg to any and everyone. 10/10

I had the best experience with Dr. Scheinberg. After the first consultation I knew it was the doctor who was going to do the surgery. He is very caring, listens to his patients and takes the time to explain everything about the procedure. On top of that, he is a perfectionist and deliver amazing results! Thank God for Dr. Scheinberg! I had multiple pelvic organ prolapse issues. Dr. Scheinberg fixthem all at once and I am so solid now. I even got food poisoning in my third week of recovery and not a drop of urine came out the entire time I was ill. I really did my research when I realized I needed this surgery and Dr Scheinberg is one of the very few doctors, who understand that you cannot fix one prolapse without fixing the others. I’m so happy to have found him. I did not even need to see another doctor once I spoke with him and read through the medical journals from Dr Adam Ostrzenski. Dr. Scheinberg is the real deal. There is no way I would have trusted a urogynecologist to diagnose and perform this procedure when they have never delivered a baby! I am dumbfounded as to how my regular gynecologist has told me that it is “normal” for me to have these issues as a woman post childbirth. I have my life back now. I can workout even with heavy weights. Like brand new! I have also read countless blogs about women who have had failed prolapse surgeries because they are done with an older method… and forget about the mesh! There are not enough thank you cards in the world to express my genuine gratitude for Dr SCHEINBERG , his wife and team. For years I have thought about getting a labiaplasty done but it never went farther then just dreams and some research. Finally for my 36th birthday I decided to treat myself. The number one thing that brought me to Dr SCHEINBERG’s office was that he was a gynecologist first. His knowledge had to be more than the average plastic surgeon. This being my first plastic surgery, I didn’t know what to expect. I had nerves after the initial payment but the closer the day got the more at ease I was. Every question was answered. Every cm explained. The procedure went flawlessly and I was at home recovering before I knew it. I know pain scares people and my tolerance is pretty high but it truly wasn’t bad. First day was a lot of waddling and ice packs. I worked the following day, uncomfortably but still fine. I’m in the restaurant business so I don’t sit down except to drive to work. Everything healed beautifully and boom, 6 weeks later I’m all cleared! Now, what his procedure did for esthetics is incredible (truthfully it’s beautiful). More importantly what it did to my self esteem and soul is entirely different. My self confidence was on the sea floor after a very abusive relationship, years of therapy removing everything negative from my life and way of thinking brought me to my best self. But I still heard his voice in the back of my head making fun of my vagina right after giving birth to my son. So, finding Dr. SCHEINBERG was a blessing for me. The way I have felt about myself since meeting this team is unmeasurable. There is nothing else I can say but thank you for being the cherry on top! Endlessly grateful and highly highly recommend

Very friendly and personable staff! Dr. Scheinberg is very nice, too. After having babies I had a very stretched out belly button. Dr Scheinberg, being the perfectionist he is, turned it into the cutest little thing! Thank you so much!
