I have been performing gynecological surgery for over 30 years, specializing in labiaplasty and vaginal reconstruction for over 15 years. Almost all women experience some degree of damage to their vagina, whether due to childbirth, aging, or genetics. Labiaplasty (a plastic surgery procedure that alters the labia minora and, often, the labia majora) and vaginoplasty (which improves structural weakness of the vaginal entrance or canal) are often combined, to deliver optimal results.
