I’m very happy with the results

I’m in my 30’s and have always wanted to get a labiaplasty but was always nervous about surgery and the recovery… but WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! The doctor and his office were extremely professional and took the time to meet with my family and I. They showed me several before an after images and explained the process. After I had my surgery, the doctor personally called me from his cell phone...

#1 labiaplasty & prepuce reduction surgeon, perfect at 6 weeks post-op

I don’t typically leave reviews but Dr. Scheinberg definitely earned the time it takes to write a proper review. I had researched this procedure for years and understand that reviews and pictures play a big part in receiving business but most importantly, guides patients to the best surgeon possible. As I stated I researched for many years but was more happy with my appearance than what m...

I Had a Better Experience Than You Could Imagine!! SO Happy

I have always wanted this surgery and WOW I just wish I found Dr. Scheinberg sooner and did this 10 years ago. I am now 5 months post operation and I wanted to wait to write my review so that I could let you know that my recovery was wonderful and results have remained AMAZING! I had NO pain after surgery but I did take off 5 days of work to hang at home and take it easy. I loved the family...

Extremely Happy Woman!! He Saved my Sex Life.

Dr. Scheinberg is the best doctor for vaginoplasty (vaginal reconstruction and tightening). After pushing out 2 babies my sec life wasn’t the same. During my consultation he explained why he takes longer on the procedure than other doctors and why he’s a little pricier. The standard procedure other doctors use is really a shortcut and may lead to incompetence, discomfort, and dis...

Q: Can I redo a hymenoplasty if the repaired hymen breaks accidentally for some reason?
Answered by Dr. ScheinbergMarch 26, 2024

A: Thank you for your question
Yes, hymenoplasty can be redone. Results depend on the repair needed. Yes, you can bleed again but nothing is guaranteed

Q: Could a labiaplasty help fix my asymmetry? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. ScheinbergMarch 26, 2024

A: Thank you for your question
Absolutely it can but results will depend on the method you choose. You should be aware of what will maximize your results. There are actually two pair of inner labia. A lower pair that inserts into the clitoris and an upper pair, called prepuce, that forms the hood and ,in your case , enters into and interferes with the lower pair. Much of your asymmetry is the effect of the overgrowth of your prepuce. This should be reduced to a "bridge of the nose" appearance, thus freeing up the lower pair for reduction. I believe the best treatment for the lower pair is the natural edge( posterior delimitation or posterior resection techniques) which will give you natural petit symmetric appearance with hidden suture lines. Do your homework, look at before and after photos, and read reviews. You can have a really beautiful result given your nice anterior edges if done right.

Q: Will having vaginal rejuvenation surgery actually change how the vagina feels inside during sex?
Answered by Dr. ScheinbergMarch 26, 2024

A: Thank you for your question
The effects of vaginal "tightening" procedures depends on what procedure is being performed. The vagina is connected on six sides(entrance, apex, upper or bladder side, lower or rectal side, and two lateral sides. Each of these areas can have stretching or tearing. There is no procedure called "vaginal rejuvenation " or "vaginoplasty"(except when referring to the making of a new vagina) . These are the effects of any of several procedures that can be performed and each doctor defines these differently. Your results will depend on where the tears and defects are and which procedures are performed. The results of these different procedures vary and that is why people describe varying results. I suggest you find a surgeon who performs "site specific defect repair " which treats each of the defects separately and who evaluates the six aspects of the vagina mentioned above. Do your homework and check out reviews to best get the results you are looking for.
All of this relates to the internal structures so any reduction of the outer (vulvar) areas will not affect how you feel inside but rather improves the external appearance

Q: Why is there risk of nerve damage to the clitoris with a labiaplasty?
Answered by Dr. ScheinbergFebruary 14, 2024

A: Thank you for your question
A well trained and competent surgeon would have nearly zero chance of significant nerve damage. Unfortunately, there are many not well trained and/or experienced surgeons performing this procedure so it is up to you to do your homework, see their before and after photos and patient reviews to avoid this and other complications.

Q: Would I be a good candidate for a Labiaplasty? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. ScheinbergFebruary 13, 2024

A: Thank you for your question.
It is difficult to see with your photo but typically with these tears it would be best served by doing a repair of the tear. By trimming the torn section and the base it was torn from to the point that they bleed, They can then be reattached giving a normal appearance.
You need to find a surgeon who is well experienced in labia repair. Do your homework
