I can’t recommend Dr. Landi highly enough. I traveled from New York to Florida for Dr. Landi’s help with my prominent arm veins. I have been extremely self conscious about the bulging veins that I have in my arms for years and found it hard to find a vascular doctor who had a background in working on arms until I found Dr. Landi – he treated my arms twice over two Florida trips and helped me gain back my confidence. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and caring. I have had sclerotherapy done by other doctors before on my legs, and it has never been as smooth and painless as it was with Dr. Landi. He and his staff ensured that I was comfortable and cared for throughout the procedure, and the results came out wonderfully. If you are considering getting the procedure, I highly recommend that you do.

I initially went to Dr. Landi over a year ago for some minor leg veins. He did three syringes on the first visit and two on the second. I am very happy with the results. I had one tiny “vein” that was a bit stubborn. So, when I returned for a third appointment to address it and get one more syringe, he worked on the area for no charge. He said, “I stand behind my work”. The vein itself was actually gone, there was just a bit of trapped blood and a little hyperpigmentation. No syringe required. While I was there in the office I noticed the Juvéderm and Voluma information in the waiting room. So, I asked about that and his extremely helpful nurse gave me a quick summary. Well, I’m 40 and I noticed some lines around my mouth about a year ago after a particularly stressful time. So, I asked if they could help me with that. They gave me quick, painless injections on either side of my face around my mouth and I am really happy with the results. So happy that I went back in to address a little loss of volume in the tear trough area. He treated this with Voluma. He has the best technique involving numbing through the mouth and going in under your cheek so there is no bruising under the eyes. What a pro! I’m very happy with this and the other two procedures this doctor and his staff provided. They’re so professional and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Landi and Vanish Vein and Laser Center.

I am a trim, athletic woman who has always had visible arm and hand veins, but they had gotten worse over the years and made me look older than my age. I couldn't find any doctors who were willing to treat normal veins in the arms and hands. I was becoming frustrated and was considering filler to my hands but I knew this would be costly. I found Dr. Landi on Realself and communicated with him via email to get an idea of whether this was treatable. Dr Landi was very prompt in his responses and let me know that he had successfully treated arms and hands similar to mine. I was very happy to hear this and made arrangements to fly to Florida for treatment. Dr Landi and his staff were all excellent, kind, warm, and professional people. I knew I was in excellent hands and I had no worries. I declined the pre treatment anti anxiety medication and I was very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. He treated the larger arm veins with EVLT and the hand veins with sclerotherapy. He treated one arm and hand on one day and then the other of the next day. I'm really glad he did this as I was a bit uncomfortable afterwards due to the larger arm veins. I'm still a tiny bit swollen and bruised but my arms and hands already look remarkably better. I highly recommend Dr Landi to anyone who has any type of vein issue. I will post photos of my hands now and then also again when the bruising and swelling are diminished.

First off let me start by saying that I had been on a gluten/soy/dairy/peanuts/corn at the advice of my doctor. I’m 41 years old. During this time, I was also working out with personal trainer and attending the gym.In the process I developed very prominent veins in my forearms, wrists and hands. I did research online, I learned a lot of thin women with low body fat have this issue. I stopped working out since I read it could become worse & seemed to be getting worse. I’ve always been thin but this diet stripped all my body fat. I know this since I tried similar diet a year before & had same veiny issue. That time it went away on it’s own since I started eating whatever I wanted again. I found Dr. Landi online & was finding some interesting posts online on some websites that he advises on regarding similar body problem. I contact his office for consultation and they were very helpful. I am two hours away from his location. I emailed him some photos and he said he could help. He recommended EVLT & Sclerotherapy. I went for the first appt & he examined me. Before we started, he showed me before & after photos. That made me feel comfortable. My mom was with me & he explained the procedures to her as well. I was allowed to take Aleve & also I take Ativan so I took that just before for my nerves. He took some before photos. He did both ofr my arms and my wrists, even my fingers. The area was very numb & there were two assistants. Afterwards, they wrapped both arms & hands with guaze and bandages. I think just to put some pressure on the area. I removed in 24 hrs. I was able to see results right away after my treatment. This had really been bothering me way too much, I had to do something. The procedure did include some follow up treatments where he would do what was necessary & he also did my legs which really helped. I think I will return for that again. I found him to be very professional and passionate about the veins. His staff was very friendly & for that I am so grateful I found Dr. Landi. Im 36 years old. After the birth of my fifth child I developed very noticeable hand and wrist veins. So bad that I wore long sleeve even in the summer even in the Georgia heat.. No doctors in my home state would treat wrist veins. So I came to Realself to look for a doctor who would. I found Dr.John Landi at Vanish Vein and Laser Center in Naples, Fla. I was treated with ablation of the large veins and Sclerotherpy of the small ones. The price includes three visits. I will be doing my last one in the morning. There is at least a 80% improvement so far and I couldn't be happier. There was hardly any pain involved and I was fine right after the procedure. I went out to lunch and walked the beach a hour after! After being told my hands couldn't be fixed to seeing such dramatic results it was worth every penny. Dr. Landi is a kind and patient man who eased my concerns and answering all my questions thoroughly. He was very gentle during the procedure and let me know beforehand what to expect. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone looking to treat breast veins and facial veins including under eye and temporal ones.

I went to Dr. John Landi to seek sclerotherapy treatment for hemangioma and spider veins on my face, ear and neck.  Dr. Landi has injected multiple vessels on three different visits. The outcome has exceeded my expectations and there is a marked improvement in the areas treated. I am very happy with the results.
