Rami Ghurani, MD - Account Suspended

I came to Miami from Canada terrified of surgery and alone. (Hired nurses for my after care) I was hesitant up until the second before surgery but I hid it well and I knew in my mind that rationally I was in excellent hands. I expected 10/10 pain but I woke up completely calm and just sore, very mellow and out of it. Once I walked around and moved, I felt a deep soreness throughout my body and intense pressure in my hips. But again nothing like I was expecting reading online. I would describe my pain as pressure and soreness, and some irritation from my front (bikini line) incisions. Nothing compared to what I was expecting, but every body’s experience is different. I am now 3 weeks post op and have resumed going to work and all of my daily tasks although I’m resting lots and taking it easy as much as possible to avoid unnecessary strain. All staff were adorable and all of them have work done by ghurani! Loved Laura, Tyesha, Elizabeth and the massage lady. They’re honestly the sweetest girls. Every interaction eased my mind immensely and I loved that I saw the doctor pre op as well as day of, he literally said write down any questions you may have for me and bring the day of surgery so you don’t forget to ask. extremely considerate , this process flew by and anyone considering this doctor it’s a major yes from me. Waist and hips giving Barbie - do it!!

I love Rami Ghurani ! Soo professional, I had a bbl … his after care staff goes above and beyond too I’m thankful for his strictness and need to do things the right rather than take your money! I did cell saver too Now most The most important is having money for after care I did a LYMPHATIC massage everyday for the first week .. Then twice a week for two weeks The once a week for two months… I juiced everyday and ate a lot of protein first two weeks then after just a lot of juicing and healthy meals I didn’t sit on my ass for 4 months by choice I have 5 different Fajas wore them 24.7 Hrs amazing he’s worth every cent

I am two days PO with my Breast lift plus aug. and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My breast were very uneven and worse after breastfeeding three kids. Dr. Gurani was so patient with me and explained what to expect. What was realistic and what wasn’t. He has amazing bedside manners and was just so friendly. And I loved the fact I saw HIM pre op, during, and post op! Not an assistant. And he DELIVERED what he told me he would! I have so much confidence now thanks to him. My breast are PERFECT! Thank you Dr Gurani! #guranidollforlife Updated on 8 Apr 2022: I wanted to add a picture so you all could see how he brought my boobs back to life after breastfeeding my daughter then my twins. I hyper lactated with my twins so after I was finally done, they were left super deflated. This was 2 day PO. I’ll post more in the weeks to come. Updated on 1 May 2022: I honestly need to take some updated pic of them now. I’ve just been so busy with work, teaching my 4 year old and potty training the twins lol, but here are some that I took. They were one week post op.

I had a pretty good experience overall. Dr Ghurani was very nice. I wasn’t expecting to see much of him due to reviews I had read. He’s a very busy man that’s why as long as the work is good I won’t complain. Thank you

I had my first BA done in May 2020. I went with 470 cc UHP round, submuscular. The healing process took a long time. I wasn't entirely happy with the results and had requested a revision but my original dr wouldn't consider this option until at least 6 months. Here are some before pictures. I was a 32A. Updated on 30 Nov 2021: Here are the first pictures of the 470 cc UHP implants that I got May 2020. 3 days post op. Riding high, tight chest, a lot of pressure. The pain sucked but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Muscle relaxants helped a lot. Updated on 30 Nov 2021: I've labelled each picture with the various timelines of healing. It definitely took longer for my implants to settle fully, but being athletic I was advised this would be the case. I was not happy with the implants final position, they were never even, one fell far towards the armpit. Updated on 1 Dec 2021: Dr. Ghurani is AMAZING. He went in and corrected/partially closed the pocket on the one side, released the pec muscle on the one side to provide better implant placement and more cleavage, he took some skin off the outside bottom of the breast and stitched some internal mesh in order to keep the implant in the correct spot. That also fixed the incision location so it does fall in the crease now. The left side wasn't revised as much so that incision remains slightly higher than it should but the implant pocket was not an issue so we decided not to touch it. The right side definitely hurts more and is swollen and painful. The left side felt like nothing at all, slight pain the day after but I was up and walking around the day of surgery and felt ok. Updated on 1 Dec 2021: Healing update and incision update. Right side still sore, left side seems totally fine. Left side implant feels soft and squishy and the right is definitely still hard to touch and the chest pec muscle is very sore still. I can't bend over without discomfort. Overall, super happy with the revision but starting the think maybe I should have gone bigger. Boob greed is real, ladies! Updated on 3 Dec 2021: Today marks 2 weeks post op. I am super happy with how they are looking so far. The right one is still riding high and swollen and I have to admit, the pain on that side is still fairly prevalent but I have been down to Advil/Tylenol combo for the past 5 days now. Surgical tape is still on but I will attempt to remove it tomorrow so I can check out the incisions. Updated on 13 Mar 2022: So, I have developed a double bubble on the left implant which is getting progressively worse and will require revision but Dr. won't do the surgery until at least a year...it looks terrible and is starting to give me some anxiety. The right side is great and seems to have healed perfectly.

Where do I begin on how amazing this man is? From bedside manner to surgery he is top tier. He will do what he knows is right and will turn out great. He cares about his patients and their health. I got a BBL a week ago and from the moment I woke up I’ve loved my results. I’ve done tons and tons of research and I am so glad I’ve stuck with Ghurani since day 1. If you’re thinking about making him your DR.. DO IT!!

Can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Ghurani! He’s so friendly, professional, and real! Glad I picked him as my doctor. He gave me exactly what I asked for. So ready to be completely healed! Referring all my friends to him!

I had Dr. Ghurani for BBL plus Lipo on March 5 and he was absolutely amazing very professional knows exactly what he’s talking about and even broke it down to me some human anatomy when marking me up for lipo the why and why not that he can lipo. I felt like I was in absolute good hands. By the way, I love my results so far and I will be using him in the future for my other cosmetic procedures.
