I honestly need to take some updated pic of them now. I’ve just been so busy with work, teaching my 4 year old and potty training the twins lol, but here are some that I took. They were one week post op.

I wanted to add a picture so you all could see how he brought my boobs back to life after breastfeeding my daughter then my twins. I hyper lactated with my twins so after I was finally done, they were left super deflated. This was 2 day PO. I’ll post more in the weeks to come.

They look amazing!!! You are very lucky. I had the same thing done but with the 415 cc moderate under muscle which ended up looking smaller than what I had. Was hoping to go to a D cup and ended up a small C. I was a large C before. It is 4 months and the right side has not dropped. I am older and not too keen on going under again. The surgeon was well recommended and is not than happy to do a revision. I am hoping the right will drop and they will fluff out more. We are waiting to see how I do on the six month check up. What size CC did you get? We’re they silicone and high profile? I may have to switch out but hate to go through the process again.

Hey! So I should have posted all of that info. I got 345CC high profile in both. He said I could do moderate, but he preferred the high profile on me so that’s what I went with. Dr Rami placed mines over the muscles. He explained why and everything. Before my breast got deflated from breast feeding, I was a 30DDD. After that, I never bothered to get resized. I just let them sit in the bras I already had, but I knew I was significantly smaller. I got sized at VS, and they said I was a 32D, but it feels tight. Ima get resized after the swelling goes down. Did you go to Dr. Gurani? Lol sorry I said the whole thing again because it didn’t show I replied to you.

I am two days PO with my Breast lift plus aug. and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My breast were very uneven and worse after breastfeeding three kids. Dr. Gurani was so patient with me and explained what to expect. What was realistic and what wasn’t. He has amazing bedside manners and was just so friendly. And I loved the fact I saw HIM pre op, during, and post op! Not an assistant. And he DELIVERED what he told me he would! I have so much confidence now thanks to him. My breast are PERFECT! Thank you Dr Gurani! #guranidollforlife

I had a lift and an implant, on the april 25th but parts of my wounds are still oozing (the junction of vertical and horzintal stitch) , it's almost 3 weeks post op, did you have similar experience? At 2 weeks postop checkup I was told that't norm but I'd like to hear someone's experience

Hey! I felt like I actually did have that slightly under my left breast. I washed it thoroughly and let the wound breath with no bandages or tape on it and it was gone within two days. They’re pretty much all healed. You can’t even see the vertical incision now.
