Before and afters
I honestly need to take some updated pic of them now. I’ve just been so busy with work, teaching my 4 year old and potty training the twins lol, but here are some that I took. They were one week post op.

I wanted to add a picture so you all could see how he brought my boobs back to life after breastfeeding my daughter then my twins. I hyper lactated with my twins so after I was finally done, they were left super deflated. This was 2 day PO. I’ll post more in the weeks to come.

I am two days PO with my Breast lift plus aug. and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My breast were very uneven and worse after breastfeeding three kids. Dr. Gurani was so patient with me and explained what to expect. What was realistic and what wasn’t. He has amazing bedside manners and was just so friendly. And I loved the fact I saw HIM pre op, during, and post op! Not an assistant. And he DELIVERED what he told me he would! I have so much confidence now thanks to him. My breast are PERFECT!
